I’ve been a Scrub-a-Dub monthly member for over four years, with a total of eight different vehicles on my account during that time. I’ve always followed the rules and never had an issue.
Today, with my newest vehicle, I explained to the employee that my windshield is being worked on (tint/film installation), so I temporarily couldn’t place the RFID tag yet. I politely handed him the tag so he could scan it manually — something that is completely possible because my membership is active and valid.
Instead of helping, he refused to scan it and insisted that their ‘policy’ requires the tag to be physically attached to the windshield, even though my situation was clearly temporary and completely legitimate.
What made it worse was that he even suggested canceling my membership, which after four years and eight vehicles feels extremely disrespectful and unnecessary.
Policies are important, but so are customer service, flexibility, and basic respect — especially toward long-time loyal customers. Very disappointing experience.
I ended up canceling all my memberships myself, and honestly, Prestige offers much better service and more affordable pricing.

Best part of Natick Scrub a DUB hands down is the staff. Always Friendly & so helpful. 1st scrub a dub as far as I know! Only negative is the amount of water left on vehicles!!!

I had a problem recently where the full body wash accidentally dislodged the logo emblem in the center of one of my wheels. I brought it to the attention of John Medeiros, assistant manager, who resolved the problem quickly, politely and professionally. He took the initiative to correct the problem and I'm extremely happy with the customer service response that John provided. I have used ScrubaDub in Natick for many years and will be very happy to continue doing so!

I recently signed up for the 29.99 month all-you-can-wash deal, which is fine. But my 2009 RAV4 may be incompatible with the service. The wash bent my front license plate and aluminum bracket and knocked out the bottom bolts. Now I have to get a bolt set and try to fix it when I have time. And I may have to go back to hand wash.
