lol the black lady with the short hair needs to be patience and relax a little. I checked out 20 min before closed and she's talking so fast she can't even get her words out all while shaking her leg and bouncing up and down. Maybe she needed to use the bathroom? lol literally went up and she goes card or cash? I say card and she's like TAP TO PAY TAP TO PAY before the tap screen was even on the screen LOL and then touched my card to try to do it herself like girl hold on literally 2 seconds Jesus Christ. Regardless, the employees here need some customer service training! Get another job if you're not cut out for a retail job.

My 11 year-old twins visited the Sephora on 1245 Worcester Rd in the Natick Gallery around 5:15 pm on Sunday, 3/24/2024. I was waiting just outside by a seated area by the front entrance. The staff member/cashier named Chelsea was very kind, courteous, friendly, and treated them like valued customers despite their young age. My twins said this person made their day and wanted me to take the time to acknowledge Chelsea. Thank you for representing Sephora so well. You're a good person, take pride in your work, and represent the Sephora brand extremely well! We hope that your bosses recognize you as the great employee that you are.

Abbie knows what she’s talking about & is super helpful & gives off wonderful vibes. My partner needed mascara & Abbie recommended a great product(MILK mascara) Staff is friendly & will steer you in the right direction!

Located in the Natick mall on the second floor. Staff was plentiful and helped out very fast. Very competent person which is not always the case now a days. Very pleased with this visit, was in and out fast!

Came in not familiar with any makeup as I don’t use it but I would like to. No one helped me I was so lost ended up grabbing things that did not match my skin tone as every employee I asked walked away so everyone gave me different products that did not match. Unbelievable first and last time at Sephora

I love this store but the people not so much..there's one lady there who accused me of shoplifting and ever since then anytime I go back she follows me around has other employees stalk me and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.The employees practically shoved baskets in my hand even if i have one item !like I understand you have to make sure people aren't shoplifting but people there are extremely rude like they help you but then they like watch you if they think you're doing anything when you're really not! now if you need to get makeup from them I really recommend doing it online because you are not stalked or going to the Sephora at Kohl's because they treat you nicer there and they don't stalk you and make you feel so uncomfortable that you have a panic attack!

I had terrible service. They were out of stock for most products I needed. Sephora replied and told me to email them and then just said "sorry that happened." I went back a week later to get what I needed and everything was still out of stock. I even went back today (a month later) to really give them the benefit of the doubt. Everything I needed was still out of stock.

UPDATED REVIEW: I went back to Sephora in the Natick Mall a week later in an attempt to redeem this review and assumed the products I needed would be restocked. Unfortunately the foundation brush, concealer and bronzer that had been out of stock on my first visit, were still out of stock. They had a plethora of staff working, but I know this is an inventory issue. So whoever is ordering inventory, is not ordering products they are sold out of. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I will be recommending everyone to try Ulta in shopper's world or buy products at Macy's in the Naitck Mall. Both stores were fully stocked and had great customer service.They opened late. I went in looking for all new products and I had to ask three people before someone actually helped me and didn’t just point and say random words. They were also sold out of all the products I needed, foundation brush and concealers.

My experience with Sephora is always wonderful. The staff are helpful, passionate, well-informed, and make the shopping experience highly enjoyable. The store is always clean and well organized. Selection of staple and new items are diverse. Very happy they carry SK-II now.
