Far Superior Service over OTHER T-mobile stores in this area. First off Greeted quickly. Great Personality .. Knowledgable Staff. I signed up for " Home Internet Service" Which works quite well in my area and saves me a lot of money from the ever-increasing cable internet.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I had just switched from Verizon to t mobile and went to the store to get a phone upgrade. The employee was visibly annoyed to have to help a customer. She then provided incorrect information, made several mistakes, and I was forced to leave before finishing my trade in. I now have to call and complete it over the phone. I’m now having buyers remorse and feel like I should switch back to Verizon.

I visited a T-Mobile store to consider options for my daughter's phone and ended up being persuaded to switch our plan, which included an upgrade for our relatively new phones. We were particularly interested because we were told one of our phones qualified for an upgrade without any additional cost. Unfortunately, the promotion we were promised has not been applied, despite numerous discussions with both the store manager and customer service.The resolution seems straightforward, especially considering the phone calls are recorded, as mentioned at the beginning of each call. Yet, no one seems willing to take the necessary steps to resolve this issue. As a loyal customer with five lines, it's disappointing to find myself in a position where pursuing a small claims court action seems like the only option left. It's truly unfortunate to witness such challenges from a company I'd otherwise regarded highly.

Rating is -10, that’s what they deserve. Least knowledgeable, not even have the courage to go ask or check their work. State fake promotions. Changed my plan type without me knowing until I found with my bill hike next month. Wasting customer time unnecessarily. By all means I would avoid this store.

The staff there wasn’t helpful. He just sat there playing games and was reluctant to help with my request. I’ll rate zero star if there is an option.

I came in this morning because I had an issue with the buttons on my phone. It was Difficult for me to turn my phone on. So a nice young man decided to help me. He used some rubbing alcohol in the problem solved itself. Thank you so much great customer service

We visited TMobile's Natick mall store and had excellent help from Shaq this week. He was personable and professional, and we appreciated his lighthearted approach to customer service. He fixed a minor problem with our phone immediately - no wait - and made the whole process easy and fun. (We even didn't mind his "upsell" on TMobile's new internet service, which we don't need; he made us aware of the product without seeming pushy. This is unusual in sales!) Kudos to Shaq, we highly recommend him!

The presentation of the manager Joel Antonio Vázquez is deplorable , the smell in his mouth is similar to a pipe , he has to improve the staff . And he doesn't have any respect.
