FRAUD ALERT! I don't live in this country nor have I even heard of this store, yet I received multiple charges on my credit card. It looks like this has been going on for many months by the previous reviews. People working here are shady af! Stay away!

We were there to pick up an on-line order. Waited about 15 minutes after first contact with the staff. Communication about the status and location of our pickup were unclear, at best. This is not a well defined process.

I'm a fan of TCS and live near the Chestnut Hill location, but I was in the mall already and thought I would stop here to pick up two small things I needed for a guest bathroom. It was a Wednesday morning at 11:10am, so the store was not busy. I roamed all over the store looking for the bathroom section, but there was no sign for it (hint: right side of store by the closet section). I walked all around the store - starting on the right and walking right by that aisle - and when it made it back to the front I started searching again. There were several employees, none even stopped to smile and/or say hello.I finally found what I was looking for, and the best part of the experience was that just before I walked into the store I received an email about the entire store being 30% off. Checkout was odd, no hello and the girl started checking me out on their handheld device by asking for my email address. After spelling it (15 letters) and her attempting to scan a few times, she said it wasn't working so she needed to use the register instead. OK, whatever.... and entering my phone number on the screen was much easier.Best part was 30% off, everything else was blah.

This place put a charge on my credit card. I’m all the way out in Las Vegas. Never even heard of this place and never made any purchases here. Based off other reviews, I’m not the only one this happened to. Reported them to the credit card company.

Was in line next for check out and was bypassed even though I was there waiting before even anyone else had showed up in line. The longer line got more attention than I did and I placed my purchases back on the shelves and left felt really small.

Ludicrously expensive (the item I got I could get six of from Amazon for the same price) and repetitive showroom (saw the same item in three different places). Fills a niche? Don't know how it will continue to exist.

recently visited the container store and spent some time with an associate (i think her name was erika) I had very precise and exact requirements for my project. she took the time to think outside the box with me to make sure i could complete my project! I put together the pieces i purchased and couldn’t be happier with my organization !

Fraudulent transaction on my card has been done at this store, despite me living in the UK. I can see other reviews too which has stated the same about this shop. Pathetic!

My card was allowed to be processed at this store for an amount totaling near 500$ that is completely fraudulent. I was no where near this store for this transaction to have occurred and for employees to have not even validated a card and ID on such a purchase is outrageous, I live in Nevada. Do better, things happening like this really hurt people.

I've never been inside this store, but an associate, one day, made an obscene gesture through the windows at us. That didn't do much for us to go in, in the future.

"Well I'm gonna treat you like the queen you are Bring you sweet things from my candy jar Wrap it up I'll take it" (The Fabulous Thunderbirds) If you need to wrap, pack or box something up, or store something away, or improve your slovenly housekeeping ways by re-organizing things, your OCD loving ways will freak out as you wander the aisles of the Container Store. You'll see thousands of ways to do all those things in hundreds of different colors, sizes, and ways to do them. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the massive Container Store in the Natick Mall complex. We didn't exactly walk in with anything specific in mind to buy, but we sure walked out with five things. So what did we buy? We dropped $50 on: 1) A lucite coffee station organizer to store our creamers and Splenda/sugar packets and stirrers that greatly improved the aesthetics of our kitchen counter. 2) A spiffy brushed nickel paper towel holder to replace the old tired wooden dowel one I bought at Pfau's hardware in West Hartford a zillion years ago. 3) A white plastic toothpaste tube and double toothbrush station, where everything stands up vertically. It improves the efficiency of what we store on the bathroom sink countertop. . 4) Along the same theme, I bought a silicone rubber razor holder to improve the efficiency of what and how we store things in the medicine cabinet. I used to store my razor horizontally on a shelf in the medicine cabinet, which really was a waste of valuable shelf space. But this thing is designed to store your razor vertically, in the same way you store a rake or a shovel on your garage pegboard. The only problem I discovered was that the gizmo was designed to work on certain surfaces (tile or glass), not the melamine surface of the medicine cabinet's sides. A strip of Velcro to the rescue fixed that. 5) And lastly, for my gadget loving California son, I got a cool toothpaste tube roller that stands your toothpaste up vertically and has an internal roller that "helps you get every last drop out of any tube". Efficiency and aesthetics win again! Our visit was not only productive but super fun!

We went here for the newly advertised Cricut selection. Don’t bother unless you only need a machine which even then it was pretty skim picking. Barely any vinyl and it was all sample like sizes. They do not have any accessories whatsoever. I believe organizationally that cricut is super helpful but you should go to hobby lobby down the street to get it and any accessories you need.
