We've been purchasing from Brian Sorenson since 2019 and he's nothing short of outstanding! The communication is always excellent, products have never come in damaged, and if we're ever short or over on tile (YES this is normal to happen in projects for various reasons) he is right on top of it! Highly recommend!!!

The staff at the Tile Shop - Carl, Hunter, and Rob were extraordinary. Their advice was very valuable, their reports on when tile would be arriving were perfect, and it was a pleasure to visit the store and see all the bathroom displays to glean inspiration from. I highly recommend the staff and the quality and quantity of tile styles and colors was amazing.

I have the most beautiful guest bathroom that was completed in 2024 with tiles from The Tile Shop and consultations with Kristin Pingeton, a Tile Shop interior designer.
Early in 2024, armed with my guest bathroom makeover floor plan, I stopped in at The Tile Shop. The contrast to the lack of assistance from staff at the previous tile store I visited was noteworthy. I had been completely overwhelmed there with all the choices and little to no guidance from the staff. When Kristin Pingeton greeted me upon entrance to The Tile Shop, she asked questions about my project, reviewed my bathroom layout plan, made suggestions for a few changes, and walked me through the store pointing out some tile possibilities. Kristin is a good listener and made me feel completely at ease. I used her expertise to guide my project through to completion. Through many communications in person, via email and text, Kristin addressed all my questions and concerns.
I am in the middle of our 2025 master bathroom renovation now using the services of Kristin and The Tile Shop. Other staff members have also been very helpful to me whenever I phoned or stopped in when Kristin wasn’t there.
