UPDATE: they came the 2 days later and broke my door, refused to hook up my dryer because the cord was different (I needed a 10ft cord and the first 2 guys that dropped them off told me to get any 3 plug dryer cord on Amazon) and now 2 days after they hooked up the washer I got a notification from the LG app that the dryer was hooked up improperly. I called them back, again, and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and said she would send someone different back out to fix it but not until next week. I won't be purchasing from Home Depot ever again... buyer beware I bought pretty expensive washer and dryer set for over $2200 and it was delivered this morning around 10am. They were unable to hook it up due to the shut off valve needing to be replaced. I asked him if he could bring them back later as the landlord said he would have it fixed by noon. Delivery guy said that wasn't an issue and to give this number a call and they will come right back out and install it for me. Well when I went to call I was told that they wouldn't come back today and they can only come 2 days later. Convenient that their return policy is 48 hours and they can come back until then? The first time I called the lady transferred me to the store. Not sure why she would do that. But she was rude and unhelpful. When I called back I asked for a supervisor which was also a joke because she couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or helping figure out a solution. They basically told me that all I could do is hope they work. I could have gone into work at 10am and not have accepted them but I was lied to. Now I need to take another day off and hope there are no issues because I am stuck with them.

Don't know why I bother to return and to shop here. Went online to buy 2 Indoor Planter with stand. It showed the store had 4 units when I bought two last night. This morning, I got a text telling me "YOU have successfully cancelled your order." NO, I DID NOT. I didn't cancel my order. HD cancelled my order. This is the 2nd time in 4 online purchases in the past year that HD just cancelled the order. Horrible.

I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!

First time coming to this Home Depot. I stopped to pick up a countertop. Yes, it's 9:55 PM, I had a lot of other errands to deal with and now I'm here, checking out before close. Being told "no, nobody is going to help you load it into your car, we're almost closed" by the guy at self checkout on 10/1/22 is BS. You close at 10, I just spent $500, help me slide this 100lb slab of wood into the back of my vehicle parked right outside the door. It's basic customer service. I won't be back. Go anywhere else.

Very handy location for my business territory. Today I was annoyed when told to swap out unlabeled, no-sku item for another across the store. I left without making purchase. Associates should be readily able to look up SKU's for any item!

i used to like this place until my husband went to buy a generator today. he put a generator on hold and went to pick it up. he paid for it and put it in his cart while he went to pick up more things around the store. he was followed around the store for over 10 minutes and a man would get INCHES away from him to try to see the generator. he got SURROUNDED by employees at checkout, and even though everyone saw him check out he was still asked for his receipt before leaving. now guess his race--he's mixed black and white. can the employees of home depot not fathom a black man being able to afford a generator? do you really need to stalk someone around the store? where do you think he's going to hide a huge generator? his shirt? it's 2021. this is reprehensible. absolutely disgusting behavior.

My review is specifically about this guy who supposed to handle online orders in the front, it was Oct 19 around 6PM. I walked up and he said "WHAT". Dude can't even have a normal conversation like a human please don't put him in the front handling customers.

While the Watertown store is so much closer for me, it is chaotic in there and West Roxbury is often the same. Since I was in Natick anyhow, I stopped in on a weekday around 10am to get one of those mesh screen door things that you walk through (it actually works, not bad for $15). Masks and sanitizer at the front door for anyone who needs/wants it, and I wandered around looking for the item (for whatever reason, the aisle/bin number wasn't online). After I gave up wandering, I flagged down Bruno who found it for me (thanks Bruno!) and headed to the self checkout. Only negative to the in-store experience was the woman in charge of this area: having someone who is friendly would be a bonus. I can't imagine the parking lot on weekends, so go on a weekday if you can (or right when they open on Saturday and Sunday). The entrance/exit onto Speen St has a traffic light and the Route 30 exit is right-turn only (unless you want to just take a left anyhow). HD stores are dog-friendly as well!!

Big shout out to Ken who apparently is the only person that works in this Natick store. He is extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. If it wasn't for him I would have left without purchasing what I needed and having to go to another Home Depot store to have what I wanted.

Worst retail experience in my 71 years. Manager Mike felt it necessary to yell at me and belittle me and his staff because the cashier was having trouble getting the advertised item to ring up at the sale price. Lazy, ignorant, and just plain nasty. What a horrible person to represent a store that advertises itself as friendly and helpful.

The worst customer service on the planet! They schedule jobs and never call you back and when you call plan on holding for about 25 minutes. I ordered wood to be installed a month later I hadn't heard from them so I went in and was informed it was on its way but in fact it was sitting in their warehouse and these dopes had no clue. Shop elsewhere it'll be worth it.

My friend and I needed to paint her son's bedroom. We are first time painters and a little intimidated going into Home Depot for supplies. Almost immediately, we encountered the nicest man with an Irish accent working there. He helped us find everything we needed. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He helped us find the correct supplies and did not oversell us on items we didn't need. We are halfway through the paint job and it's looking amazing!!! Lowe's does not have employees like this, they are so misogynistic there and I am so happy to have come across such a hard worker at Home Depot.

Staff was great, the tools themselves not so much. Chainsaw had many issues, at time of rental and during use at home. Pricing to buy used tools is also a bit out to lunch.
