Made an online appointment days in advance for a set of 4 new tires. Arrived, 15 minutes early, and was told it would take 90 minutes, 2 hours max. I just walked in after 2.5 hours and they have not even started working on my car. They have no reason why or excuse (there are four employees sitting around saying how slow it is). If you have any interest in not having your time wasted, and being stuck with a lot of shrugging and “I don’t know”s, avoid Town Fair at all costs.

Carter was great! He told me what to expect and got it done same day! Now I can drive without a nail in my tire! Will definitely be coming back for all my tire needs.

Got a flat tire less than 12 hrs. After I received 4 new tires. I was laughed at on the phone until I got aggressive. If I was a man I bet he wouldn't have laughed. Waited 40 min for him to come to my location .. less than 2 miles from the shop, to put my spare on only after he asked for me to call AAA. Spare Tire was placed on... new tire was taken to shop. Have to wait till Monday to get my replacement. 😫

I trusted my car to them, but they did low-quality work. Instead of replacing the damage they caused with the same quality parts, they replaced it with cheaper ones. So if tomorrow my car tires get stolen, will they give me new tires for free? No — they must replace the damage they caused with the same quality, not something cheaper. As for any additional damage, they are responsible for paying for that as well.

I called for a tire that was unavailable. I spoke with Hector who helped me find another tire that was even better than the one I originally called for, at a better price! They were very busy, but he was able to squeeze me in on the same day. The tire was fixed prior to the estimated time given. The whole team was great!! I highly recommend this location.

This location does great work and is always clear with explaining everything that will be done to my car and the costs. The employees are helpful and kind, Carter helped me today and Dj helped me last time. Definitely recommend!
