No tables?! No anything for a “birthday gathering”. What is your standard?! It Was not advertised. Not communicated clearly until I already booked appointment.

You know you’re completely understaffed. Your staff is overworked. They need to be appreciated and compensated for your lack of humanity in staffing.

Long lines and a lot of under trained staff, not helpful. Zero acknowledgement for crowd control or helping hand. Jose, He navigated and was very calm through it all. I am so grateful for him”

“Wow - My kids are in love with this store ! We had a biirthday party there and the staff were absolutely fantastic! All of our guests got to go around the store after the party to shop and everyone were delighted to find so many varieties and fun , inexpensive items that each could afford....

“The pick a brick section was amazing, and the employee was very kind. The build a minifig could have been better though, previous trips have had much better pieces but my little brother did manage to make Shrek out of the few pieces there.”
