This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received. Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.

Janice extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products where she explained in detail. She also had personal knowledge of the products we were interested in purchasing. Bob

Nice and clean! Especially in the fitting room compared with Macy’s.

Worst return policy! Bought items and the following day went for a return. They were hesitant because I bought it at a different Uniqlo. Was forcing me for an exchange. They encourage you to use an app, and you can’t even show them the app receipt!! They need the paper one. Never again Uniqlo.

Place is packed on Saturday. I recommend getting their oversized tees, and make sure to get them if there’s a discount of 14.90 per shirt. They’re very good quality, and look ?

I dropped my pants off for alterations, and they lost them. Under 60 days, definitely not donated yet. I go in twice to try to get them back, they find it in their alterations records the first time, will call me back. Never did, so I come in a second time and they say they cannot reimburse me for my loss because I don't have the original alterations slip. Trying to give me a run around so they can avoid accountability for losing my pants. Terrible service, out $40.

Cute clothes. TERRIBLE return policy. Buyer, beware. If you are one day over 30 days, they give will you NOTHING more than an exchange of the item you purchased ONLY and for the current price. Complete rip off.

Very nice store I do like the company my first visit to one here in the US I had only been to one in south korea only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is cause I walked in and was in there for about 10-15 minutes and looking around didn't get greeted by or asked if I needed any help from any associates

What kind of retail clothing store would not accept in store returns in 2023? The answer is Uniqlo. Why did they do this and how is it beneficial to anyone? I’m not sure. One thing I’m sure about is that I’ll definitely avoid buying clothes from them in the future because of this stupidity.

UNIQLO is really bad. The return policy is awful. I don’t plan to buy anything from UNIQLO going forward. I spent the entire afternoon and visited both UNIQLO Natick and UNIQLO Chestnut Hill two stores and can’t return the stuff I bought 5 days ago. Their service is terrible.

Great prices, quality, and shopping experience. I love UNIQLO products. Especially the heat tech wear.

The absolute worst. I love this store. I love the clothes. The customer service is horrible. Florence first told me she was the manager and then she actually brought the realmanager Kaddy/ Katy... out to me when I inquired further. The return/ exchange policy is ridiculous. I had 3 pairs of sweatpants and 2 blouses to return prob totaling $100-$120 and I wanted to exchange for a down jacket $200 and top and they wouldn't do it. I would end up owing them money :/ I didn't have the receipt but the tags were on the items and they were never worn. The manager Kaddy of the store told me unless I have the receipt they will not exchange. Every other store can either lookup by your credit card or at least give you a lowest price credit:/ they wouldn't even do that! Also you have to return to the store you purchased it from? .... What a ridge return policy for a corporation that is supposedly helping the planet. Bullsh*t - just more corporate greed. I shop for a people for a living and constantly recommend this store. I will never shop here again. Such bad customer service especially during the holidays when they allegedly have an "extended" return policy. Wow... it was for one jacket.

Prices and quality are amazing. I was so excited to find nice tailored pants and blouses for work. Since Covid and with more and more businesses going remote, I find retailers have forgotten about those who still need to work in an office. Thank you Uniqlo for still stocking business apparel.
