I had an extremely negative experience with United Auto Natick, particularly with the owner Paulo Penacchio. Without my express authorization, he took my car to a another dealership, where it ended up being damaged (total loss accident). Despite the seriousness of the situation, Paulo completely denied responsibility and provided no assistance, support, or solution.
On top of that, I never received the refund for the down payment I had made, which I find unethical and unfair. At no point was I treated with transparency or professionalism after the incident.
This is a warning so that others don’t go through the same situation. Be extremely cautious when doing business with this company or its representative.
This all happened during the car’s second oil change, just 3 to 4 months after I bought the vehicle making the situation even more disappointing given how recent the purchase was.

Bought a car in February 2025. Paid cash. They performed the inspection and registration paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, went to drive away and the window wouldn't roll down (they fixed it). Didn't have the car a week and had to call AAA for a tow. They corrected it for free (emissions sensor was faulty), but had the car for a while. They don't offer a loaner car, but did agree to pay for a rental after some discussions. Around the 1 month mark (I think it was 28 days) service engine soon light came on again. About 3 months in, brakes were acting up. We're at the 6 month mark since buying it and the service engine soon light came back on again. This is a locally driven car. Easy driving and the car still feels like it was sold with old parts, spray paint, bubble gum and a prayer.

I was the owner of that 2021 Toyota Corolla LE with the HD rims on the lot.....I lost that car due to being unable to afford the payments on it, it got repossessed, I miss that car, it was the best car I ever had...probably ever will have had....she has 57,435 miles on it, the one year I had with that car was the best year, truly an amazing car, I hope whoever buys it takes great care of it and loves it like I did 😭

As a first time car buyer I was super nervous about the process however United Auto Natick employees were nothing but helpful, truthful, and upfront. They held my car for me while waiting for insurance money to come in. The signing process was less than 30 minutes and they explained everything. When I picked up the car, it was in prestige condition and you could tell they just cleaned it! Very grateful for the experience.

We came here interested in a Ford Fusion. From the moment we got here the staff were very friendly and attentive. The Car was in very good shape and drove great. I just bought my first car, and I have to give a huge shoutout to David. When I walked in, I didn't have a lot of hope because I had been searching for a while. But David was so quick to help me out and let me test drive cars that I wouldn't have normally considered. I ended up falling in love with the car he recommended. He was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The entire environment was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They even offered me coffee and were just so willing to help. Everyone played a part in me buying my first car, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're looking for a car, definitely go see David and the team!
