I went in to get a document notarized and had to agree to a lengthy document agreement about arbitration. Only after doing that did I get to see the $50 charge!!
I would NEVER return to this business again.

Disorganized and very poorly run. The store is always a complete mess and the manager/owner is a inhumane and terrible manager. Go someplace else, fast.

After driving all the way to Natick, the female worker at the store who watched me carry in three huge boxes waited until the last minute told me I couldn’t return the boxes because they weren’t taped up when I’ve been to this location plenty of times and never had that issue as well as I literally went to Newton today and they taped it up for me with no issues at all. Horrible service and a complete waste of my time going to this location.
Completely unhelpful !!!

Reply to below: using a UPS store as a holding location for a UPS delivery is illegal? Perhaps I will just phone the Natick police and see what they think. And perhaps my lawyer. I will be in touch soon.

At the Natick store, 2 of my 4 packages haven’t even been received by UPS over 24 hours later. I’m really worried they’re already lost or stolen. The store was chaotic and packages everywhere with no oversight. I should have listened to reviews of this place.

The team at UPS Store in Natick went above and beyond to help me fix an issue with a shipping label from another store. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, they were kind, patient, and resolved the issue quickly. Exceptional service—highly recommend!

I shipped my 4 belongings I only got 3 but haven't received the 4th one through this store since September. And the fourth one have some expensive things in there. I called them severally but I was constantly ignored and delayed. I convinced this last package📦 is stolen. I haven't had Peace of mind because of this. I called the ups corporate more than 3 times they said they never got the 4th package that i should out to the store whuch i did but refused to find a solution ir find ny package. And you dare threatened me for a law suit?!!! You must be joking!! Don't ever go to this store ever!!!

This store is very busy but despite that the manager took the time to help me understand the complexities of International Shipping. He went out of his way to make sure I knew how to do it successfully and for the most economical price.....the stuff is scheduled to be here tomorrow....I couldn't be happier or more grateful for this managers help!
They blow FedEx out of the water.

Consistently and prohibitively expensive shipping costs at this store compared to others. I still use this store for Amazon returns. But because of high staff turnover and low staffing, there is always an incredibly long line.
