Very dissatisfied. Coupon for shredding for .79. In their actual store website. Even after showing them, they refused to honor it!I will say he did give me a slight discount but it was 1.05. So 26 cents a pound more than with the couponWon’t come here again

This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited. They refuse to return things according to Amazon’s directions and claim they are not even a UPS store as the owner quoted me. I visited the store to return an Amazon item and was directed to simply provide the item in its original packaging, which was already prepared and he refused to accept it without me purchasing new packaging.

Any UPS store can ship a package. Arvind Basil, the owner of the Natick UPS, cares SO much about his customers and takes the time and attention to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond with my order and I was so appreciative. Stop by and tell Arvind I send my best.

Google says it opens 7:30 am on Thursdays. I got there at 8am and it was closed.Btw I saw two more people getting there and realizing the store was still closed.

Pretty upsetting that this location says it open at 7:30 and it's 7:40 and I'm standing in the rain waiting for the store to open. Not only that a man walked by telling me "they are never open on time". Either change your hours or open on time! Very frustrating!

I was the first on the line. And the staff took more than 30min to ship my stuff. Poor efficiency. It was a joke he was stuck to pop out the right payment without waiting for someone to help him. The guy helped him was rude too.I cannot image you searched me online to find out where I am working at and questioned my proficiency. It is such disgusting. Look at all your feedbacks to those 1-star reviews. Just shame on you. I will never ever visit this store. I wish I could gave you negative reviews. Period.

I'm not sure if it was malicious compliance to the store's policy to not borrow a stretch of packaging tape and force a sale of a roll at a premium, or simply because the man who worked the desk that day just wanted to reassure me that sometimes robots can seem more humanly than humans.The Staples next door gained my patronage...I would think twice before coming to this particular UPS store, even for a supposedly easy Amazon return drop-off.(Post original feedback edit. Swinging back here after reading more "Store Owner" responses...I really hope it's not a store culture that the customer service and courtesy are "exemplified" in the comment section. That is spending time to comment back on the visit of a reviewer who gave "negative" feedback with extreme details, while it could be utilized toward supporting your overworked staff, learn six sigma to manage the store, or be genuinely courteous to every customer who walks through your door.One thing I noticed is that these intense comments are mostly geared towards the negative feedback from Eastern Asian sounding names, ?. Well, while I may be biased, it's just a bit of a cringe that a UPS store owner can reveal a customer's employer in an online comments section and solicit coffees and snacks as a shown of appreciation at the same time. It's been certainly more entertaining than any Reddit post I've come across. Heck, I might even tip you a cup of joe after I post this thread there. Good day!)

I am in the early stages of my baked good care package business. Every time I ship from this location, the staff are so helpful. From helping me choose the right size shipping box, to checking that my package is safely secured inside of the shipping box, to adding extra packing material without charge. Just overall great service here and I always leave feeling relieved of the anxiety that I so often feel when shipping out my products. I've shipped from here several times and the gentleman there recognizes me now and knows what I'm looking for, which shows that he cares about his customers.

The man who is suspected to be the manager of the store has a very bad attitude, is unwilling to help and stays in the office all the time. There is a long queue, only one employee is on the playground, and the employees have a good attitude.After making comments, I carefully checked other people's comments. The merchants are very active in making sophistry eloquence, not an apology attitude. I think the store manager has been studying how to anger customers in the office, instead of trying to better serve customers.
