The man who works at this USPS office was racist and especially rude to me. He ignored my greetings and answered every sentence I said passive-agressively. He wasn't able to or trying to help answer my questions at all. All interactions from him were aggressive and angry.

Never come back again. We just moved and I wanted to send return boxes. I noticed that rating of this location is pretty low but wanted to try a luck. The guy ( Ray) didn’t greet me and didn’t greet me back , also I had one package that was required to scan QR code. He refused to put new label on old one however in every other location it was not a problem at all.they placed white stick then new label. Then I had few more packages with codes already . Thankfully I got receipts because they way he throw them carelessly, it was shocking.

Very rude behavior. I dropped off the package and they lost it. When I went back to inquire he didn't bother to give a proper answer. I went couple of times and every time it seems he is not interested in doing their job

Coming to this post office is always a frustrating and horrible experience. They close from 2-3 pm, despite hours being posted as 9-5. Very unwilling to help out or have any flexibility. I brought in a package in a reused box with a crossed out label, he refused it, wouldn't tape the new label over the old one, or give me a piece of scrap paper to cover it, and tried to sell me a new box for it. USPS policy clearly says old labels can be blacked out or covered, they don't need to be removed.

A man with the grey hair did the same thing to me. See other reviews below. He was playing game on his phone. And didn’t want to scan my package. Very bad. He said he was trained not scanning pre-paid packages. Very very bad. So don’t waste your time and energy here. Go to other usps sites. (My first review on google. )

Man with grey hair who also works at natick center works here. He will not scan your packages in for you and will say no even if you specifically ask?!? What kind of customer service is that

It's so much easier than going to Wellesley Center. Not crowded at all.

I feel kind of odd leaving a review for a post office, but here we are. I've used this post office many times to ship packages and usually arrive with my own box/ envelope. Today I needed a flat rate box, and asked the man behind the counter if he had one. He gave it to me and said "tape it up and put your label on it." I said, "do you have tape?" to which he responded "yeah, we sell it." Seriously? I took my box and walked out. I'll tape it up at home and go to another post office.

I visited this branch this morning to obtain two money orders 1000 each. The only employee on duty demanded to see my ID.By Federal law the post office is obligated to check ID for money orders ranging from 3,000-10,000 only.I asked the gentleman why he was asking for my ID as the amount was under 3000.His response was that it's a suspicious activity! If you don't like it, go somewhere else. How American is that? We will make sure to go somewhere else, no wonder your funds are thin. Shame on you.

The two clerks who worked there on 12/15/2020 shouldn't be employed anymore. I was mistreated and they threw the receipt. They don't do their jobs properly and give attitude to customers. I had packages with already printed and posted labels on, but they only wanted to scan 5 at a time. They said if I wanted to send more than 5, I had to go back of the line and wait. I did as they said, but even sending 4 packages, they only scanned 3 and said it should be ok. WHAT???? The post office should hire people who have work ethic or train the employees better. I had to stay there about 30 minutes because they kept sending me back of the line for 11 small packages with labels on. Thank God, there weren't many people. Only 4-5 people were waiting in the line, and for 11 packages I had to be in line for 3 times. This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Stay away from this place. You will ruin your day with awful feelings.

The service has always been fine. No issues. Wait times are good compared to other locations. Maybe the poor reviews were just someone’s bad day. We all have ‘em. Also I have had to buy tape to seal my packages at other USPS locations. Lesson learned. Be prepared, folks!

Odd duck place. Modular building in the middle of an industrial park. Definitely looks temporary. Yet it's been there for years. Yet I've never been there. Since I needed Waze to find it. Small inside. Only 2 people working inside. No other customers. Probably because nobody knows the place exists? Both clerks were friendly enough. First time I ever mailed something book rate and was asked if I put correspondence inside the book. Kinda offensive. Hence a lost star.
