Do not get a PO Box here. The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. They do not have the ability to put mail in the correct box. These mouth-breathing idiots cannot be trusted with the task of sorting mail or signing for packages. If you get a PO Box at this location, your mail will disappear. This is not really a post office, it is a monument to carelessness and stupidity.

Moon was a delight! Friendliest USPS staff I’ve encountered.

I get no one likes a busy day ... I work across the street at a storefront ... but the workers here, particularly the old man, really go out of their way to take it out on the customer for needing their services. Absolutely sad. If I wasn't physically forced to go here due to location / proximity I wouldn't. If these places relied on customer service reviews like a normal storefront, this place would be out of business by now. The old man is rude for no reason, and if he hates working with the public so much, he really should go do anything else with his time.

I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. I watched them work and they were so kind and upbeat to everyone. Complete opposite of rte 30 Framingham one. They are perfect examples of incredible customer service. I was grateful to have their help! Good work deserves recognition ❤️

I sell things online and the vendor uses USPS (not my choice) so I frequent here. Employees are unnecessarily rude, and the "rules" of postage/packaging/pricing/hours seems to depend on who is working which is frustrating.

This facility stamps it’s authority on Natick Common? Post your mail, then head over to Park Street for a home made ice cream by way of reward.

One star for parking and one star for hours.Staff is rude and it's no wonder they're hiring if those are the potential colleagues and managers. The younger staff member I did not interact with seemed nice to other customers. The older man who rang me up acted like I was trying to infect him with something and had his mask down.

This USPS has the worst customer service ! Never a hello and always grouchy. I avoid it at all cost. One time, the man refused to let me borrow tape, and I was forced to go all the way back home for it. and another day I couldn’t use their printer to help print out a label when my personal printer ran out of ink.Go anywhere else !

Wow what an experience , very rude employee who generally seemed to hate her job. Tossed my packages into the crate right in front of me, like no care given. These are the employees that make me wonder how the post office is still open when FedEx and UPS has much better services

Just moved to Natick days ago and went into the Post Office to apply for my first ever passport. My international trip is in 11 months, so I planned in advance and did not need anything expedited. I made an appointment online and arrived 5 minutes early. There was not a single other customer in the building when I walked in. You would have thought I asked the employee at the front desk the largest and most egregious inconvenience of his entire existence. I asked where to go for passport applications and he barked at me without looking up that I "need an appointment." I replied very politely that I do have an appointment. He barked again at me "where is all your paperwork?" before I could even reach into my bag to take everything out. He demanded that I put my paperwork on the counter then walked away. I followed him down the counter to where he was walking and he barked at me again to "JUST LEAVE IT there"... then "so do you even have pictures?" I replied yes, I did. As he walked around he continued to mutter things under his breathe, all I heard was "I guess we're on her schedule now..." at this point I had literally no idea what was going on but knew it was not going to be a pleasant experience. The employee snatched my paperwork and walked away and returned one page to me, telling me to fix something. I turned the page around to look at it and spent maybe 2-5 seconds scanning the page to find what line he was referring to. I was confused what he wanted me to fix, so I asked for clarification (VERY politely because I could tell this guy was an easily enraged person). The employee turned to me, tilted his head, and took his glasses off to stare at me like I had literally just asked him what 1+1 was. All in all I had been there for maybe only 5 minutes so far. He was acting like I was taking up hours of his time. He explained again, I fixed what I thought he was asking, then he snatched the paper and walked away. I politely told him that I was doing by best. I have no idea if it was correct, so I am hoping my passport process isn't delayed because of a mistake. Again, the appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes online, we were nowhere near the 15 minute time slot so I was extremely confused about what the I convenience was. I had all my paperwork and ID's etc. After another 5 minutes or so of barking, demanding, and incoherent instructions, the process ended and I left in tears. I have never been treated that way by a stranger and will definitely be going to a different town post office from now on.

I bought a first-class return envelop with stamp. The man told me there was no tracking number for return mail. I got back home and checked online, and I find that USPS did provide tracking number. I asked the man again for the tracking number, but he refused. After a while, they might realize that they should give me a tracking number. Then the man put a tracking number on my envelop impatiently. What could I say? I said thank you but got no response at all.

No wonder this post office gets the worst ratings... the woman who works there is rude and purposely goes out of her way to be disrespectful to customers.

I have been going to this post office for many years, and we love all the people here. They have names Helen, Saima, and Terry. They are very helpful and kind. If you go to the post office during the holiday season and expect to be in and out in a minute you are not realistic. Half the people get to the counter unprepared and expect the clerks to do all the work for them, which slows down the process. So, if you want to be mad at someone be mad at the person who comes to the post office at christmas unprepared. Try being pleasant yourself and you might be surprise how nicely you are treated. Love how people feel empowered by giving bad reviews on yelp. Keep up the good work Natick Post Office!

I've gone to this office for about two years. Just get postage on a box or to buy stamps, basic things. The staff there always has been helpful and experienced with my questions. I'd say if you dont like lines go at off hours, pretty self explanatory.
