The gentleman that assisted me was able to not only help me with getting a new phone, but also helped me with billing concerns. Fantastic service, straight forward but kind with it. Highly recommend.

The person in the store never bothered to acknowledge that we were waiting to be attended to. He just kept talking to another customer/employee there. This happened today 03/30. We waited for 10 mins and left because of his careless attitude.

On 2/23/2024, I went to this store to enroll my husband in the travel pass program, since I already enrolled last year. A young sales rep. told me the policy changed and we should pay monthly fees. After Learning this, I told him to remove both my husband and me from the Travelpass. During the discussion, he asked if we use Hotspot, I answered we are not familiar with hotspot and do not use it. When I returned home, I received an email about next new bill. To my surprise, the “100 GB hotspot” perk was added to both lines. In
addition, both of us are still enrolled in the Travelpass plan. Overall we will pay $40+ each month. This behavior is like robbery without a gun!!! If he did this to me, he could do the same thing to the other customers. Be careful when you visit this store! The store manager said the problem happened due to communication issues, which doesn’t make any sense. I repeatedly said to remove both lines from the Travelpass plan and I never showed any interest in the hotspot plan. This kind of employee should be fired.
3/17 Update: today I received my March bill, to my surprise, the services/perks the store manager promised me to remove are still in the bill. I am very angry for not only the salesperson is a cheater, but also the manager is a liar, using different ways to rob money from customers. Shame on you! If my problem is not resolved in one week, I will make complaints to the CEO of Verizon directly. I
believe justice can be done.

Absolutely ridiculous. I came in to get a watch activated and the salesperson kept trying to switch me to a different plan. I specifically declined and stated I just wanted the watch. He then did it anyway, but assured me it would be less than my current plan and that all of the add ons amounted to a specified price. When I got home, I checked my plan and he had added ridiculous things I never asked for (100 gigs of hotspot for 3/4 lines at $30 a month, apple one, different streaming packages that I said I didn’t want but he told me were already on my account). Thank god I checked because the estimated bill for next month with the changes was over $400 when he specifically quoted me at $200 in store. I cancelled the services immediately and will be reporting them.

Ryan is amazing in the Natick Mall store. There are VERY few people who know how to give great customer service and kindness, but Ryan does both exquisitely well.

I got a large promotional credit on a new phone (~$700). I was told in a few months I'd be able to transfer my phone to my wife's account and the promotional credit would transfer with it. Lies! I just got done chatting with Verizon and they said that's not an option.

Ryan is by far the best I have ever dealt with at 4 different providers so far. Knowledgeable, caring, & fast. He explained all the steps all the way, no hassle & super smooth transition. Thank you so much Ryan, you really made a difference. Verizon is very lucky to have you on the team!

I added a fourth line and the only charge was supposed to be $35 activation charge. The store added insurance plan, and various charges, now I'm wasting my time having to call Verizon to correct the issue. Beware, get everything writing.
