Very happy with needham pediatrics over the past years. They are very responsive and always accommodating. They are great for general pediatrics (reminding you to schedule annual physicals, easy portal, connecting in with BCH, etc); + they are great for more extreme (An on-call doctor on a wkd once saved my sons life by recognizing a life threatening illness immediately; and they are great with referrals).
Can’t go wrong either way, and all the physicians top notch!

The practice has changed. Dr Cecala was the pioneer of that office. She truly care about her patients. She was the best. The front desk is so unprofessional. They answer the phone by this is (their name) not by good morning/afternoon thank you for calling how may I assist you. They don’t listen and just transfer you to the nurse mailbox where you will be going back and forth in a roulette. I miss Dr Cecala

All 3 of my young children are patients of Needham Pediatrics. And I'm reluctant to give a 2-star review since the care has been good, but the front desk staff is notoriously unhelpful. There are two older ladies in particular who appear to be from the 1940's. I'm not insulting them; just describing them. They've got as much personality as a doorknob, the kindness of a hangry person, and are about as helpful and sharp as a bag of hammers. My point is that the front desk absolutely needs to get replaced if the docs want to have satisfied patients who return, which is a shame since the care is decent. My advice - if you have the choice, find a place that offers both excellent front desk service as well as patient care. With numerous hospitals and healthcare services in the area, it shouldn't be difficult to find.

Wonderful office. Staff is always pleasant. Office is always clean. When I call I get an appt right away and when calling after hours or nurses line, I always get a call back right away. My son's doctor is Dr. Popa and he is always excited to go to his doctor. Also everyone is very knowledgeable.

Needham Pediatrics is a fabulous primary care center. I bring both of my children there and have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Brown. Staff is organized, knowledgeable and caring. I work at Boston Children's Hospital and recommend this primary care to my friends and patients.

I have been going to Needham Pediatrics for 3 years with my children. My younger child who has multiple medical issues (thank god for Dr. Popa for catching the problem) requires many appointments specialists and regular pediatrician visits. From the front desk helping scheduling & the referral department, their care is top notch. The nurses are always very pleasant and friendly - and All of the doctors have always been accommodating to see any of my children when needed. I could not imagine bringing my child anywhere else - even now that I have moved 45 minutes away. LOVE everyone there.

Needham Pediatrics provides phenomenal care to my children. From front desk staff to billing, nursing to physicians we are treated with compassion and respect. I am so thankful to have found such an amazing pediatric office and always refer all my friends and family to NP.

We LOVE everything about Needham Pediatrics, The Front Desk Staff has gone above and beyond many times for our family.The Doctors and Nurses are caring and helpful. The only bad part is that they do not see my young adults (21 and older :( ) Thanks Needham Pediatrics for everything..

My three children have seen Dr. Popa for years and I've always had a great experience with her and all her staff - they've been great to call back quickly for those couple of times we needed help off hours and they have gotten my children in the same day for the few emergencies we've had over the years. Best to schedule the routine stuff as much in advance as possible to get a date/time that works best for you...
