I am not much of a wine drinker myself, but often buy it for others as a present. They are always so helpful to me in figuring out what to buy and giving me options. Recipients have always been pleased with the selections.

This is a very poorly run shop. I was in there today and had selected 4 bottles of champagne and placed them on the counter. The only visible employee was on the phone and said he’d help me in a minute. A moment later, he yelled across the store “you can’t have that wine anymore!” He then grabbed the two remaining bottles off the shelf - while passing by me, he said you can’t have these either! He was very smug - almost happy that he was denying a customer a purchase. The explanation was that someone bought them “on the internet.” I totally understand that mistakes happen. But…the complete lack of tact and customer service was wild to behold. You are much better off going to Total Wine or other store where you can ensure there is much better inventory and customer service.

Moved back to the area recently from the west coast and had to replenish my liquor cabinet. Was helped by Rich who was extremely friendly. I mentioned that whoever curates their tequila selection really knows their stuff (because it's *chef's kiss*), and it's apparently the owner! Will be making Bin Ends my go to spot for all things alcohol.

I always find great wine and champagne at very good prices. If you are not sure what you want they have a wealth of knowledge to guide you in finding the right bottle.

Quality wine not big names. Wide variety of wine including rare grapes and areas. Spirits section has few big names, but quality is great. Microbrew selection is impressive.

Had a difficult time finding it at first. But the selection is wonderful for wine from all over the world, as well as domestics. Good selection of whiskeys but mainly either more expensive choices or not as many common, name brand. Either way, the selection in that regard is great and you can find some doozies if you're in the mood.
