“I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The O'connell brothersDid the job right the first time and it did take them more time than I thought But,they had exceeded all my expectations.Thank you boys.Rich”

“After multiple supplier issues (shop kept getting a broken windshield) I finally got it replaced and what a great experience. They were able to transfer over my inspection sticker and the Velcro stickers for the toll pass. They saw me at my appointment time and got me in and out in the quoted time. Never had a windshield replaced before but these guys made it easy. Highly recommend. And if you have a Subaru, just have them call you once your windshield is in to schedule an appointment.”

“Prompt, courteous, professional service. Nice folks. I broke the glass in one of the shelves in a refrigerator that I was cleaning. It is an older refrigerator and I could find no replacement part online. I brought the shelf to Brad’s and within 24 hours they cut a plexiglass replacement which is a more than adequate replacement for the original glass, and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly do business with them again.”

Although they were fully booked when I stopped by the day before my appointment, I mentioned to Mike, the store manager, that he could inform me if any slots opened up. Later that evening, he called to offer an early appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Upon inspection, I noticed water on the driver's side floor, causing concern for a potential larger issue beyond the stone chip repair I had scheduled for the windshield. Mike, the Manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, explaining possible causes such as worn plugs or improperly sealed side trims from a previous repair. He assured me that replacing the windshield would resolve the issue. True to his word, the technician, also named Mike, successfully addressed the leak. I now have full confidence in the expertise and professionalism of both individuals. For a pleasant and effective auto glass experience, I highly recommend choosing this Safelite location for quality assurance over other shops.”

“Staff at this location are friendly and efficient, my repair was done on time as promised with no noticeable issues afterwards. My only gripe is that I came back for a replacement after my initial windshield was found to be damaged. The following day that I came back there were still imperfections in the replacement glass (Not the fault of the onsite staff). At this point I bit the proverbial bullet and called it a day. I could not come back for a third retry at this point and lived with my decision. Quality Control from the warehouse to the shop could be improved substantially.”

“George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”
