We’ve really been enjoying the customer service we get from VIP Tire Service of Needham. We’ve been going to this business for decades, starting back when it was Center Automotive, and when they sold the business we stuck with the new owners. The level of care and attention we get is identical to what we received from Center. They remain very efficient and fair in their pricing and in the turnaround time for repairs.
From what I understand, many of the same mechanics and techs who worked for Center are still there. So when we bring our car in, it’s more likely than not that someone recognizes our vehicle and has worked on it before, which is always nice.
I would recommend VIP to anyone in town.

I got four new Michelin tires put on my car today and was very impressed with Eric’s communication. The facility is clean and professional, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Everyone there carried themselves with professionalism and pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place. My wife is actually going in next week to get four new tires of her own and to experience the same great service she has had there in the past. We are very happy customers, past, present, and future, and I strongly suggest checking them out.

Shop suggested additional $170 smoke test because vehicle had check engine code P0455. ChatGPT suggested I check the gas cap and sure enough it was open, not sealed from last gas fill up. I declined the $170 test but did pay for the oil change and tire rotation that they had completed.
