I think any consignment store requires a little help to navigate through and make a find... but the fact that I was not greeted or asked for help in my 20-25mins in the store while the 2 or was it 3 store associates helped 2 other women and even made small talk with them while I looked fervently to see if they had any LV or Prada bags but with no help offered, goes a long way to make me not want to return there. I would give them 4 stars for their selection, but at least 1 needs to be taken away for not offering any help when I needed it. Cant respect any business that chooses who to service.
