The only place in the Boston area where you can find a good selection of indie designer brands like Lauren Manoogian + Ichi Antiquités. Their curation is well-suited for practical everyday wear and special occasions alike, and their sales are EPIC. I also find great gifts for other women and femmes in my life every time I visit. A treasure!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Covet + Lou. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the sales staff did not greet me, yet they made a point to warmly acknowledge other(non brown) customers. Throughout my time browsing, I was ignored while staff engaged with others, making the experience feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. What made it even more apparent was that as I left, they suddenly found their voices—to say goodbye. The passive-aggressive energy was hard to miss.
I had heard good things about this store, but no level of curation makes up for poor customer service. Everyone who walks through the door deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and warmth. I won’t be returning.

Worst customer service. Photos of what I purchased were not what I received. First time I ordered, I got a scratched up iPhone case. I emailed with pictures and they agreed to “make an exception this one time” to accept the return. ?. The second time, I purchased a jacket. Paid $25 for 2-5 day shipping. Delivered 11 days after I ordered. Wouldn’t refund shipping bc they emphasized it’s an estimate. When I finally received the order, the color and texture were not what I expected, and the fit was off. I requested a refund but they would only give me store credit because I requested it 14 days after I ordered, and the policy states 10 days after ordering. That was not even possible bc I received it 11 days after. So I’m stuck with a store credit which I’ll never use because I refuse to shop there again. They don’t have anything you can’t get somewhere else—you can order direct from the retailer or other merchant.

Covet and Lou is the best place to find curated gifts for yourself and people you love. Tina, the owner, has a great eye and has always been ahead of the curve with stocking the best brands. I highly recommend supporting this small local business :)

Loved the online shopping experience here.I found a pair of shoes from a picture posted online. Sadly they were not the correct style for my foot. The ladies promptly sent me return labels to refund my money back minus a nominal charge.

Nice merchandise but lacklustre customer service. When buying internationally, keep in mind- they do not use global shipping therefore you will likely have to pay a fortune in duties. Normally this is made clear at checkout but not at this store …
