Improperly staff at pharmacy counter. I am standing 1 minutes in a line that is more than 12 people now...One person working, inefficient process even with multiple people working there... quest should allow people to independently can in and facial scan if needed, see prescriptions , pay on line and then only have clerk verify person, payment and hand over prescriptions... a joke .. Walgreens down the street better service... and this town has 2 CVS's ... one as bad as the other...CVS corporate must be bunch of losers not promoting operational efficiency.

Despicable. CVS Pharmacy on Highland Street in Needham lied to me. They confirmed my appointment for COVID + Flu vaccines. At the appointment, the pharmacist greeted me and gave me one shot. I asked about the other shot. She said they had only flu shots, no COVID shots. CVS gave me NO prior notice that there was no COVID vaccine available. The pharmacist did not tell me about the lack of COVID vaccines until after giving me the Flu shot. I had arranged two weeks of activities (blood donation, etc.) around getting both shots today.

If you book a vaccine appt, you should be told it's not available before you take time away from work to get it. Not only that, but I was not even told it wasn't available until after they'd given me a flu shot. Shame on you CVS!

This CVS pharmacy is understaffed. Phone calls go unanswered, long 30 minute wait in long line to pick up a prescription, they just ignore the people in line and go about their work. Avoid this pharmacy!!!

The pharmacist is one of the greatest of all time. Nicholas really puts on his best work here. I really enjoy going there when he is there. He always goes beyond for everyone and might I say, he's the greatest immunizer of all time. He's charming, funny, and everything a human should be. I think the world is better off with him around, a very special and distinct person.

Do you have a no star option?! My late friend Ralph Hoagland is rolling in his grave because of what the people who work for the company he founded are doing now. I want DPH to check their pharmacies because if retail is any indication of the rest of their operations this business should be closed immediately and permanently

Short Staffed, unfriendly and not very knowledgeable! I shouldn't have to fight with CVS Pharmacy every time I need a prescription filled. The person I spoke to was rude. I was put on hold while I was in the middle of talking, I was told to call back later because she was having trouble figuring out how to put in for the prescription? Aren't they a Pharmacy? The back and forth between them and my Dr's Office is exhausting.

The worst CVS i've been to. I got there two minutes before closing time to buy a pack of gum and was told to leave because they were getting ready to close. By the time i wrote this, the store had not yet still technically closed... glad i drove there... I wanted to give Zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Lady manager who told me this with buzz hair cut directed me not to enter. I could see the product aisle and self checkout machine...

Very nice pharmacist, but the location is a bit disorganized; it’s the only CVS that doesn’t text me when prescription is ready or when there is an issue, so multiple times of confusion. They are super friendly though!

Only CVS where there is ALWAYS a line at the pharmacy....even pre pandemic. Most convenient to home so I still go but damn....

Wow! This place has completely changed. Refilling prescriptions has been super easy on line and walking in. Service inside the cvs is great. I was asked 3 times by 3 different employees if I needed help finding something. Very impressive!
