I've had varying experiences here over the years from unpleasant to OK to great. This all depends on the staff at the time. My most recent visit was great so basing this review on that experience because this was my first visit in a few years.

Cancelled my first appointment at 9 am on Sunday to reschedule me for 4:30. Not a problem, very professional and accommodating to reschedule. Cancelled the 4:30 appointment with just a text 45 minutes before the appointment and no attempt to help reschedule.

All the staff at Elements are amazing, helpful, and fantastic to deal with. Every therapist we've worked with listens, understands, and addresses our concerns completely - especially Ernesto and Jimmy! At each session, they are bringing something new to the table (literally!) which tells us they are totally committed to improving their craft.
