A car dealership in Florida arraigned for a Luxury car level rental at the Needham store because it was closer to my house than where I was currently renting from in Watertown. I arrived on time and the woman behind the counter asked how she could help me. I explained the someone from Florida (Victor) had called and reserved a car that I would be renting. She found the reservation and asked for my ID and a credit card. I gave her both and she told me that my card was a debit card. I explained to her that it is both and I use it as a credit card all the time. I even explained that I just used this exact credit card at the Watertown store without question. A woman (Julie Nagel) in the back of the room stood up from her computer and said "I'm not breaking the rules for you or anybody". At first I was startled, then I said I don't understand how one store can accept my card and another one won't, it's the same company. I called Victor and told him the situation, he called the store and spoke with Julie Nagel to no avail. I needed to be at a meeting soon, so I took another credit card out of my wallet and handed it to the woman behind the counter and I said to Julie "this isn't a very friendly way of doing business". To which she replied "What did you just say? You're being rude and we don't have a car for you". Now I was absolutely SHOCKED. I asked "You're refusing service for personal reasons?" She said "Yes, you're rude". I have NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE as I had here at the Needham Enterprise. Julie (or Juliana) Nagel shouldn't be in a position in which she is within 100 feet of any customer. I will NEVER come back here again and may never use Enterprise ever again. I can't even leave zero stars

Close to home, but never again. They "upgraded me" but didn't tell me it was because they didn't have the car I contracted to pick up, which meant I paid more for gas. They blamed Costco for the change in the daily rate I had chosen ("We're having trouble with them"), and refused to honor what I had arranged. Great people - maybe it's a corporate problem.

Worst experience ever. The branch manager, grace, could be more grateful, that’s for sure.
I’ll never order from that company again. Next time be more patient with costumers and change the attitude of your managers.

This is my second time I rented a car with Enterprise Needham location. Jake, Alex and Fionn are providing excellent customer service. From the pick up to drop off the car, they are explaining every single detail and helping me out professionally during the rental process. Thank you for your help, and I would definitely recommend this location anyone who needs to rent a car.

For the most part, my experience was a positive one. The guy who brought the rental to the Autobody shop was super kind and thorough. We looked at the rental together and noted any damage etc. When I said that the car smelled like cigarettes he said I could call and trade it in for a different car another day- at that point in the day, the store was closed for the night. It was a great value and I liked the car in general. However, the car started to have some mechanical issues and felt sort of unsafe. When I called and spoke to the manager, he was neutral at best. He wasn't kind and said they were busy on one of the busiest days of the year and I could call them back after work to see if they had another car. I would recommend going back there and will myself if I need a rental. However, I hope that no more cars have weird issues cause otherwise it was a great experience.

Much longer rental for me than my usual, with some complications on my end. The team members at my Needham, MA, office, Jake, Alex, and Ethan, were a great help in managing everything. The car they provided on very short notice was perfect for my purposes and the return process at the end was quick and easy.

I HIGHLY recommend using Enterprise and specifically the Needham location. From the moment we stepped on to the property, my husband and I were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. We arrived on a Friday afternoon during a very busy check-in/out time and manager Jake Zaslaw greeted us immediately with a smile and a hello. While in line, his co-worker Ethan Weiss teamed up to assist Jake and manage the waiting crowd. Jake stepped in with confidence and proficiency to help us with our rental car. We were eager to get on the road to our weekend get-away and Ethan listened and validated the time crunch we were under and dealt with our anxiety with professionalism and competence ~ and made us laugh along the way. There was also another co-worker named Alex, who also helped us during our check in process and it is evident that Jake has created a teamwork approach with his crew and they all communicate well. Jake, Ethan and Alex created a pleasant and enjoyable experience for us which is the opposite of what we have experienced in the past, at other rental agencies. We will only rent from Enterprise from now on.......Run don't walk to rent a car at Enterprise and at this specific Needham location. Thank you Jake, Ethan and Alex!
