I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. I went on a Friday evening & there was no line & the employee who got my package within 2 minutes was organized and nice. Maybe the bad reviews are from some other employees at a different time?

This company's delivery service is unreliable and disrespectful. Drivers ring the bell and run away, even when I have left a note on the door explaining that I need a few minutes to come downstairs. This has resulted in me missing important packages.

Today's (6/21/2023) headline, "FEDEX STOCK SLUMPS..." duh. This company is destined for demise. In the past week I had overnight delivery and they said I wasn't home but left no receipts etc. They don't realize that today we also have technology where we can see the truck and the delivery driver at our door a mile away. The truck did not even come to my address. I mean if you are going to ask your drivers to lie at least train them to lie in a way that has some balls. This company is soon going to be FedUP-EX (ex delivery company). Either "Shape up or Ship out" and make room for others. What a joke.

Same non-delivery. I was sitting by the door with the door ajar all day. Tracking says they attempted delivery at 11:20, no one was here, left a door tag. There’s no door tag. No attempt was even made.

They never deliver your package, so just go pick up your package at FedEx ship center by yourself….Lol

Sat home waiting for my delivery today. Instead was told 3 attempts made (including today) with no door tag or email/text notification made. My package - a new cell phone that I’ve been waiting for since November - is now being returned. And just try to reach a human being! One star is one star too many.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would! This location is super unorganized and awful. If your package is sadly routed here, GOOD LUCK. It’s super unlikely that you will ever receive it. I get “notifications” that they tried to deliver to my home repeatedly, when they never did. I have a home security system and know for a fact that they did not even attempt delivery! Never receive a ticket for signed packages and I know they did not try to deliver it. And you will never speak to anyone if you call: the employees are so unpleasant. Go to UPS if you can. Rip to all packages wasted at this location.

I am extremely disappointed with the FedEx Ship Center in Needham. We paid extra money to have a shipment of Christmas cards delivered in time for the holidays, yet the package is still very late and has not arrived. Not only have we been unable to get a customer service representative on the phone, but the people at the center have been extremely rude when we have gone in person to inquire about the status of our package. Because of FedEx, it is likely that my wife and I will not be able to get our Christmas cards out in time for the holidays.

This location is unable to assist customers who are shipping with a pre-paid QR code. Their systems must be antiquated and are not consistent with other FedEx locations. You will be asked to travel out of your way to visit another FedEx location for service if you have a pre-paid QR code.
