Matt and Carlos are consistently excellent when I work with them on large printing projects. I've been happy with Carlos for years and recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, who went out of his way to make sure my large-format retractable posters were not pixilated, which they would have been had he just processed the low-res file I sent and said nothing. The printing work has always been solid, in my experience.

Well organized store with neat customer service. Got my package taken care of promptly and had a nice conversation with the associate (Bobby if I remember well) .Plenty of stationary items in case you need anything and the self serving copy machine is convenient and cheap.

I stood at the FedEx counter for 10 minutes waiting for a receipt for a prepaid package. The only associate in the store ignored me when I walked in, and didn't even respond to me after I said "hello." She was at a computer behind the front desk when I walked in and made no effort to tell me it would be a moment, or even to make eye-contact. She seemed to be helping another customer who was using the copier; however, in the many times she walked back and forth, still made no effort to acknowledge me. When she finally went to the FedEx desk, she picked up a package that had been sitting there and scanned that before she finally asked if she could help me. She told that I could have used the self-service kiosk for a receipt. Who even knew that was an option. She could have mentioned it 10 minutes earlier!! On top of that, the floor in the store was very messy and needed a good sweeping (I had a long time to look around while I was waiting!!). Absolutely abominable customer service!!

I have used this location for various services over the years and I have always found the staff helpful and pleasant. Again today they took time to help me with some copy issues that helped me get in and out quickly. Thanks!

They don't accept Happy Returns at this location. Even if you have a Happy Returns code they make you buy packaging. I checked with the vendor who I was returning the package to and they confirmed that for some reason some FedEx locations don't accept.

If you like dealing with unhelpful employees who do the bare minimum and seem generally miserable to be there...then this shipping center is for you!

I was at FedEx in Needham today to drop off 2 returns, a "happy return" and one that just instructed me to drop it off at a fed ex. The woman who helped me was unpleasant and ill-mannered. When I mistakenly thought that they were both "happy returns", she was quick to tell me how wrong I was. Never a smile, just a dour, off-putting expression. She was incredibly UNhelpful. I have been in sales and behind a cash register in the past and I would have never treated a customer so rudely and disrespectfully. I hope to never visit that store again

Very bad customer service, the girl who worked there is super rude. I feel bad for FedEx. Unfortunately there is no name printed on receipt that I do not have her name. Location is PMXK, Device ID -BTC01Date is 11/11/2022 1pm. With this info, FedEx can find out who that rude staff is.

Needed to get something in the mail asap for shipping an overnight at work... Great - this one was close to the office and open… according to the website. Paid the close to $85 fee for shipping, Drive from work to needham. Arrive at 6:45 and it’s closed! Put a disclaimer on FedEx or google that you are closing early. Your hours state you’re open until 8. You waste people’s time and trust in you.

They do not back up their work. I had a job thru Canva. It was picked up by a messenger. when the job arrived, they did not print the second side. When I called the arrogant girl that picked up the phone after 15 things, said did you look at the job when you picked it up? if you accepted the order, it's yours. Never in my life has a company not taken responsibility for a job they did wrong. I will never send a job to FedEx for printing again.

Was there as a vendor, and they refused to sign me in. (My company requires me to be signed in.) While staff wasn't actually rude, they certainly weren't helpful. I overheard one staff member giving a patron a hard time because she didn't know the web address for the place her package was going to.

I asked for a wallet sized copy of an ID card. Standard size similar to a credit card. 2 times they messed up either made it way too big to fit in a wallet or too tiny. It’s really not hard to measure a credit card (3.37 inches by 2.125 inches, look I measured it!) but I suppose anything more complex than pressing Copy on a machine is above the expertise of FedEx. Next time I’ll use Staples
