The swim teachers are well-trained, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious. The facility is very clean, and the atmosphere is great, leading many to highly recommend it. Parents note that children love the lessons, the warm water, and the routine. However, some inconsistencies exist. Staff can be less diligent in starting classes on time, and front desk or management support is sometimes inconsistent. Communication with potential customers can be slow, and there is a wish for more class offerings for younger children. While still a nice place for children to learn, some feel its service has slipped slightly from earlier standards.
