This guys an actual hero! I live an hour away and had a dr appointment in needham today. On my way to the appt my (driver side) windshield wiper broke in half in the pouring rain which is my worst nightmare. After my appointment, I spend $60 on new wipers and think I’m good to hit the road.. wrong. My driver side windshield wiper was misaligned and almost broke as soon as I turned it on. I walk into auto zone where the guy who helped me put the wipers on tells me he doesn’t know what to do and to find an auto body shop (drat! foiled again) I pull into this guys shop soaking wet … mind you, this is a collision and auto body center where they’re painting cars all around me. I walk up to the owner, panicked and half crying and tell him what’s going on. He fixed my windshield in 5 minutes without even a huff or a puff. Sent me on my way home without even charging me for the help. THANK YOU!!! thank you for restoring my faith in good people still being out there. You saved my day!

After another shop that was recommended to me never gave me a quote, I found this shop on Google. Had a smaller repair that I was going to pay for myself, and they ordered in the parts and got things prepared so they could do it in one day, but I waited because I was going to NYC over a holiday weekend (something I do often enough because I have family there) and sure enough, my car got some more damage while parked on the street near the home of someone I was visiting. So it became an insurance claim and they were able to adapt and work with the insurance company once I made the claim to get everything approved for what was now a larger job that took about a week. I think the owner was even away for part of that week but his guys still got it done.

Very knowledgeable and professional group of people. I came to install aftermarket rear spoiler, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It took a little longer than expected, but it was all for good reason. They needed more time to make it perfect.

This body shop is the best in the business ! Highly recommend !This place is wonderful ! The guys are real nice too . As soon as I saw my car, I could not believe how good it looks. They matched up the paint perfect, my car is a 2007 Jaguar XTYPE, even with my car being 15 years old, they match the paint perfect, you would never know there was a dent there . Absolutely looks awesome ! I took my car to this body shop for the repair because of the great reviews they had already. Now I'm one of those happy customers as well ! They did such a good job I plan on going back to this body shop to have them get out a few rust spots. Thank you Needham Body shop for doing an excellent job with the dent and matching the paint. This is an excellent shop. They finished the work on my car early and it was done beautifully--plus they detailed the interior which was a great surprise.
