A tree branch fell on my car and I ended up taking my car to Needham Collision for repairs. They were excellent to work with. First of all, they were very transparent - it was early November, they were very busy and had no openings till the Monday after Thanksgiving. But they would fix up my side mirror and help me drive my car while they waited for the parts to come in and a slot to open up. After Thanksgiving they took me in exactly as they had promised and I got my car back in two days. Everything was transparent, communication was great and the work is good.
