Ordered a coffee maker on 11/30/25 their reusable filters were out of stock and had been (per Reddit) for a long time. I emailed customer support and they said if I called I could order one as they were in stock. Nope, they were not in stock. Also on the website it has that if you order the specific coffee maker you receive a free Travel Mug. Received the product yesterday and did not receive the free gift. Ended up having to order from 2 different companies to get reusable filters. Very disappointed in this company.

His expertise was immediately clear, but what made the difference was his attitude—he was personable, polite, and profoundly professional. He was an absolute pleasure, answered all my questions and made my experience seamless. Whenever making customer service phone calls I would hope to get someone like him on the other end! Thank you for your product, knowledge and expertise when dealing with clients and their specified orders. I cannot wait till my order arrives. Thank you again Keanu!

We're extremely happy about all our ninja products. Ninja bullet blender, ninja foodie air fryer, Ninja foodie possible cooker. Although we did have an issue with the cooker button registering that the pot was in place. We had excellent customer service over the telephone. The made is cut the cord on the item and show proof we did but just like they promised they sent us another one with very little hassle. I'm very pleased with Ninja products I wish more companies worked this hard to ensure customers receive excellent products and customer service.

They take the money and do not deliver an item.
The Shark large floor and handheld stick vacuums take care of my home. They are amazing by having strong sucking power to clean up the finest and slightest debris. They have easily cleanable filters to catch the finest dust material and a convenient push button release bin to be held over the trash. I wish for them to last a long time. What is the routine maintenance? 🦈 🗑️ 🧽 💦
My air conditioning ordered fan is not arriving on their provided scheduled delivery time. I wish for a discount please to make up for the inconvenience. Also, I wish they would follow through to ensure their orders are delivered to ensure the item arrives to whom it is being delivered to. Thank you.
After later review, after my item arrives I wish for slightly more than a full refund. 💵 💵

I bought a Ninja Flex flame grill that had a damaged lid when I opened it. I ordered black because I don’t like stainless. According to Ninja, the black is on back order so they sent me a stainless one until the black is available. It’s been 4 months, still no replacement black lid…. If you can’t support part replacement, don’t sell it!

Absolutely the worst customer service and product breaking upon second use and they wouldn't stand behind it. Shredder discc broke on second use and was clearly defective. They wouldn't give me a free replacement and also said they were out of stock, 2-4 weeks before available. Luckily Amazon refunded me 25% of purchase price. I went on Ninja website and ordered one as they were in stock. Apparently customer service representitive didn't have a clue, I told her I was looking at them on website when she told me they were out of stock lmao. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recieved a Shark robot vacuum as a gift. I was excited from all I'd heard about their convenience and versatility to try it out! The unit was plugged in it charged and worked OK as a base unit. Then I realize if I wanted ANY of the device's features to work, then I had to sign in to an app and give personal information as a trade for what was originally purchased! What a scam! No mapping! No high or low speed! No one room quick clean, No nothing except a piece of overpriced, over hyped, crap running around getting stuck all the time! I should have returned it immediately! However, it did attempt signing into the app that wou l don't give me finally was was already paid for, and it would not work! It refused to load just kept prompting to retry are bad email address! So I'm stuck with a scam to clean my house, if it wants to or if it doesn't get stuck!
I would never recommend this devise or any like it where you have to sign into an app that may actually be spying on you! Nope and you shouldn't have to pay for the piece of crap until you get full function from a company bent on bending us all over the proverbial barrel!

Bought their BN600 food processor and after a few uses the plastic on the blade is falling apart. Eventhough they claim they have a one year warranty, states that that part is not covered. You need to buy a replacement part when they sell you a poorly manufactured product and then want you to pay more when it fails. Not acceptable for a food related product.

I ordered a Ninja Thirsti Drink System, from SharkNinja, at Amazon.com. I did not enjoy it as the water is not sparkly enough for me. It comes with a one-month warranty from the manufacturer in which you could return the item if you are not 100% happy with it. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me they would refund me for the product. As it can’t be returned because of the CO2 tank, they had me cut its wire and send pictures and information. However, they have totally ghosted me for almost 3 weeks and did not let me know if and when I was getting my refund. I’m very unhappy with both the product and the company. I have emailed them to follow up several times and no one gets back to me. I filed complaints at the BBB and FTC, which the company never replied to. Do not go for this product, it’s not worth it! If you want to buy any other product and a competitor has it as well, never get it from Ninja, they have a horrible customer service. It is not a serious company. And there are plenty of reviews at Amazon from people who had similar experiences.

I would give Shark-Ninja MINUS 5 ☆s if I could. Vacuum cleaner #1 lasted about 6 months until it STOPPED PICKING UP. That was better than the one I bought TWO MONTHS ago; the little silver plastic piece that locks the handle on simply broke off. Now I have it all taped up to hold the handle and hose on, and I have to hold the vacuum with 2 hands so that it doesn't keep coming apart. Cannot use the hose anymore. I know products are manufactured with built-in obsolescence, but this is a travesty. I contacted the company, sent photos, got NO response. I wish I had kept the box & receipt; threw both out.....big mistake. It doesn't stop here.....the Ninja food processor I bought 6 months ago no longer works; it simply died. I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, buy ANY products sold by Shark-Ninja. I would further describe their products and service, but I don't use that kind of language.

The company is clean, hygienic, tidy, modern, vibrant, bright, comfortable, secure, high tech, huge and sleek which makes very good because no one just can walk in and do whatever they want since is security is very good. The staff are knowledgeable, wise, intelligent, friendly, motivated, efficient, innovative, inspired, smart, confident, competent, creative, talented, supportive, collaborative and respectful. The Ninja travel mug 300ml is solid, durable, bright, reliable, easy, keeps things very warm, easy to clean and effective, high quality but little expensive overall then I can’t complain because it is good which is something you want rather than getting a toxic product. If you are sort of person who travels work or exercise everyday this is perfect to keep your hot drink hot for a very long time, it is very best and effective of travel mug for essential daily life on the move which is awesome.

Bought the shark matrix clean robot vac/mop as a Christmas present for my wife. Worked great for about 4 weeks then the poor design and cheap quality started showing. The vacuum literally started falling apart. It started with the basket release button. The spring is oversized and mounted on a thin piece of cheap plastic that gave way. This pushed the spring down into the water reservoir making the vacuum useless. Not a big deal, manufacturing defects happen. I contacted the warranty department who told me this is not under warranty. Finally they agreed to send me a new basket but guess what, this seems to be an all around defective product as the basket it out of stock. It must be a big problem as it's now June and still no basket in stock. $500+ for a useless piece of plastic. Don't waste your money on these poorly designed vacuums made of cheap materials.

Seriously disappointed. My Shark Robot Vacuum stopped working. Would go three feet, stop and beep. Tried everything on the troubleshooting section of the website. No luck. Called customer support. Told me to do the exact same things as the website. Still did not work. He told me it was just a bad unit. Offered to sell me a replacement for $175.00 plus shipping, but Amazon was selling similar ones for $90 - $125 and free shipping. Will not be buying another Shark!

I am very very upset at the customer service and at the online ordering process, I'm absolutely disgusted right now. I placed an order for two brand new vacuums I was super excited about I applied a promo code to one of them. I also bought several accessories and extra filters to go along with them and completed my purchase. I got sent a tracking number in an email and order status. I clicked on it to gloat about my new equipment I bought cause I was excited but I only saw 1 vacuum. My order had a few different tracking numbers which makes sense but none of them had the main vacuum, yet I was still charged about $1000 for my order. I called customer service and they couldn't do anything. I had to wait for them to show up and they would refund my order and I would have to purchase them all over again and based on my experience now I dont think I'm going to do that. You can walk in to Walmart or home depot and just buy the items with no hassle or waiting period. Shark has generally been spot on but I'm appalled that this happened and they did nothing to help. I'm upset because I got my vacuum on sale and it's no longer on sale so when I do have to buy it again I get to pay full price which also doesn't want me to return cause it's not worth it. They have an accessory bundle pet care bundle I want but you can only get it if you buy the whole vacuum. Very very mad and disappointed in you for the non help you did when I called
