Generally I don’t write the reviews but I had a bad experience at glamour s nail bar. Mute and terrible customer service. They all were super nice and friendly with white people.They did not do good job on my nails. Will never ever go back there again and share my experience with my colleagues. Stay away from that place.

Made an appointment. Waited for 15+ minutes. They kept telling me another employee was coming. I asked if they could give me a time and she said no but probably 5 minutes turned into much much longer. I ended up leaving with no service. Very poor communication and customer service

No jets in the foot tub. It's just a sink. No reclining chairs (meaning no back massage). Seating is a long, raised bench along a wall slanted backwards with pillows. There was a wall blocking the view to the pedicure area. My friend went in before me. They were already working on her feet when I was being seated & realized the lack of (what I feel are) nail salon essentials. The thought of leaving at that point was uncomfortable, so I went through with getting a pedicure, hoping the work itself would make up for the things I was missing. This didn't happen. The pedicurist did such a bad job. I tried addressing some of my issues, but she kinda brushed me off. For instance, I saw flaky skin on the tips of my 2nd toes. She had already started painting the base coat & didn't want to mess that up, so she snipped at the flaked skin a little - but the finished product was still 3rd dimensional, flaky skin. I don't think she cared about the quality of her work (or if I would return for more of it). I didn't want to be forceful. I just made the decision to never go back & post this review. My friend also received such substandard work that she was considering going to another salon before leaving town (this was her pre-vacation pedicure). She was a bit flaky too. We joked that people weren't going to believe that we got pedicures! What's going on with this salon? My pedicurist also painted cuticles she didn't remove, didn't touch/scrub/pumice the outter side of my heels, & she kept digging into my shins & hitting my ankles with the hot rocks (massage). I don't think she was paying attention. Maybe the staff was tired. It was later in the day (we got there around 5:30 or so) but if the quality of their work drops at the end of the day, their prices should too. & there were a bunch of flies circling the room. Great dip manicure but they lie on their website about pricing. It shows a dip manicure for $46.00 but they charged me $56.00 before tip. The owner's explanation didnt even make sense. I would not come back because they are not truthful.
