This branch should be shut down. The staff is extremely incompetent and takes forever to get anything done… if they can even do it. No wonder it has pretty much only one star reviews. Avoid this branch of if you can.

The staff here is overwhelmingly incompetent. The first debit card they gave me didn’t even work and they are not helpful at all over the phone. They didn’t even call me back one time when they said they would. And they’re always trying to foist me off onto a phone number I can call. I remember when I would walk in the bank and be greeted by name; now they don’t even know who I am and they clearly don’t have the time to treat their customers individually anymore. So much for being America’s most convenient bank. Also I was hung up on this morning.

5 stars to Debra and Jackie at this branch for helping me and my 84-year-old client. We cannot thank you enough for all your effort. 0 stars for the branch manager who is rude to her employees and bank customers.

Waited about 10 mins for a simple notary then was told they are too busy. I could literally see the notarizer in her office. I was then told to drive in the snow to a different branch. This bank does not care about the people they serve.

This branch can't keep its stuff working right. The drive-through ATM card reader was sticky, felt like a skimmer was on it, and then the ATM read the (printed, not handwritten) check value wrong. I was not the only one with that problem. Then indoors, the teller's card reader couldn't read the card, and then they decided there was something odd on the account but even the manager couldn't figure out what. So they replaced the card, which means I may lose on online accounts linked to the old one. All the while not terribly concerned, as they plan to replace the bad ATM at some point so they aren't bothering to fix it. Not convenient. Not what you expect from a competent bank.

Tellers are very sloppy with their processes, they give wrong information to customers. Due to their lack of work ethic, I could not do my closing on time

Hassle when ordering checks. Receive notification from their check provider, Harland Clarke, that checks have been shipped, but no way to track. TD does not provide a way to contact by email.

Absolutely horrific Bank and customer service. Opened an account online. Dragged me along for 5 days. Told me account was open. Then it wasn’t. Then closed account and never provided a rationale from their back office. The manager, Alexandria, refused to provide information and refused to even provide the name of the regional manager. Horrendous customer service and absolutely no ownership of customer issues.

Bank has horrible customer service. They do not know what they are doing. All the good, professional people have left. Seem to have high turnover. Go somewhere else.
