“This place is a true gem! I have bought gifts here for years (love the complementary gift wrapping!) and recently tried the pottery. The staff is so helpful, explaining the process and assisting me and my kids when we wanted to try a handprint design. They even came to the rescue to end a toddler tantrum during pottery painting! Their selection of toys, books, games, and stuffies is fabulous. They have a really wide array of things to paint in the pottery section, and the space for painting is very nicely set up and calming.”

“I almost never leave reviews unless something extraordinary happens, and today something did! The store staff here knew I was trying to win my son a TNT Minecraft squishme and after I left sent me an email letting me know they figured out which bag has one and that I was welcome to come back to trade in if I didn’t get one. Incredible. Completely made our day, what a wonderful bit of customer service that really distinguishes this store! We are so grateful.”

49 Border St, Newton MA 02465
“I got a call from them saying they denied what they thought was a fraudulent order. Stephanie had taken the time to find my phone number and then call me to let me know. Instead of the criminals being able to use my card for days or weeks until I noticed they only managed 4 fraudulent charges and the card was quickly canceled. If they take the time to help me out and I'm not even a customer then they are the tops in my book.”

“A really cute toy store. Amazing people, amazing products. It’s always a joy to go to and I go out of my way for this one specifically due to their stock and personality. If the other Henry Bear’s Park stores don’t have it, this one is for sure to. There’s a puzzle actively being worked on when you go in, there’s a very welcoming energy.”

“Today, I called the Dedham store to request to reprint a receipt that was not given at the time of the transaction. Denise answered the phone and she was so helpful and understanding. She researched for a while and she called me back when she was able to reprint the receipt. I was very impressed with her commitment to help me. A total different experience from my bad experience on Saturday with the store manager. Thank you Denise.”
