If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nickel and dime Store is what they should call themselves. One piece of packing tape 6” long will cost you $2. “It’s store policy.” They would charge you to breathe in their store if they could to offset their electricity bill. Practically ANY other UPS Store will, by comparison, blow you away. Enjoy your day and restore your faith in local retail establishments by avoiding this store like the plague.

I had to return an incorrect Amazon delivery and they wanted to charge me four dollars to tape the box closed. Really four dollars for a couple feet of tape. From this, I can only infer that a positive customer experience is not their first priority.

This is apparently a franchise store which is not made clear. The reason this matters is because they will not accept packages that have been accidentally delivered to you. Waste of time going there just to be told that.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. I arrived at the store with exactly 4 mins. to close on Thursday 07/25. That would be 5:56 PM and when I was in store already all the stuff were closed with the curtains drawn. I was told if I have a return to use the self scanner. I did for an Amazon return, and I was told I needed “an associate” so again I asked for help when I was literally shouted at so rudely that they were closed. I said I was there before close by 4 mins. and the woman behind the counter “latina” by the looks stated again well were closed now. Shame on her! I’m a retail store manager and if I ever treated customers this way, I wouldn’t be in business. I’ve even kept guests in my store 10-20 mins after closing if it means making a positive experience. She did not like when I stated my package was large and in the car parked out front. In addition to me, she was also rude to another woman behind me. This employee deserves to be terminated. It’s not an experience or reputation you want your guests to have. I left angry and another store kindly helped me with my return in Brookline, MA! Do not ever go to the Needham UPS store!!! Shame on them!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!

Excellent notary services, very professional. We were helped right away and given good advice about the best way to handle our forms. Reasonable pricing.
We had had a very hard time getting ahold of the notary at the UPS Store in Natick despite coming in during their posted hours and even calling in advance to confirm they were available.
The drive to Needham was worth it to get it done right. Their voice message says they have notary services available 10-12 on weekdays. We came in without calling ahead to verify and they were ready to help as advertised. We will be coming back here for all our notorial needs.

I’ve always dreaded going to UPS stores because they were never good experiences. This is my second visit to this store and both times it has been great. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful.

I asked my friend to mail something to me through UPS. I chose UPS because I highly trusted their service. However, after my friend mailed my stuff and showed me the bill, the price was surprisingly high, and there were several charges which I did not recognize at all. He told me that he chose the lowest rate but I did not understand how that came. For example, pack service fee, pack material, etc. I am wondering, whether the stuff (Eric) just did that for purpose (in order to sell service for a higher price) or it's just like that.
