I used to be the most loyal customer of this post office for 6 years. Even in between I moving to Newton, then I moved back. I would still come back to send mail.
Until this year, when I applied for an address change. Because I move to new location.
They never properly registered my information. Even though I submitted the address change request twice and visited the post office four times. In the last time, they even told me I needed to pick up my mail at the post office in my new area.
I let all that go and went to the new post office. The manager there told me I needed to go back to the original post office… What does that even mean?
Both sides keep passing the buck. Where is my mail this year?
Just now, a Needham center staff member on the phone told me that my address was only updated two weeks ago by my new town post office. This means that the three address change requests I submitted were never successfully processed from Needham highland staff…
I will never go to this post office again.
They will lose your mail.

I went to mail Amazon return. i have a label printed and a box to mail it in. They wouldn't let me use a piece of tape to attach the label to the box!! offered to sell a roll of tape. What kind of service is this?!

Small post office that is fine if you don't need any of the extras. You would need to go to the main post office on Great Plains Avenue for that.

This location is just great! Never had a problem here. The employees are fast and know their job very well.
