They did close. Yet, we are holding multiple pre-purchased wash cards. Did they reopen elsewhere and we can use them? Get a refund? Cancel the charges on out CC?

This location closed along with Muzi and the place is leveled. I bought a book of prepaid washes. Any idea how to get my money back ?

Had a problem with the wash results. Called up and the owner was exceptionally nice and resolved the problem. Just like my mother used to tell me you go to the head and not to the behind to get the right results. Always go there and am happy with this place.

Was told I didn't need an appointment but was then refused when I got there because they were "backed up". Normally not a problem, but I drove a far distance because I was including it and some other errands and it was a huge inconvenience to have gone all that way. The attendant was rude, and really didn't care that I was told I didn't need an appointment. Thanks, I will now begin my search to have my car done elsewhere.

i prefaced that it was my first time ever going through a car wash as i just bought my first car. the man at the drive thru scoffed and impatiently tapped his fingers on my windshield when i asked if the gold package included a staff member detailing the interior. hoping i misinterpreted his reaction, i proceeded to go through the wash, just to have him yell STOP STOP STOP and ask me why i was on my brakes... when i wasnt. he then opened my passenger door, demanded i lift my emergency brake, to which i responded, "sir, none of my brakes are on." he slammed my door, said "JESUS CHRIST, oh my god!" and laughed as he turned the button back on so i could be carrier through the wash. overall terrible experience, not worth the price and completely lacking professionalism let alone simple kindness. would not recommend unless you want to feel belittled and upset the rest of the day lol

Too $$$$, visit was not what I expected, saw a disabled veteran get kicked out because a person told owner they were afraid of a service pet! Wow! In addition, facility was deceiving for wash, n dry- 4 min. Per..quarter, $2.50 to get full dry. Pay Wash is for cold only, add .50 per additional warm and more for hot etc. Not a place I would recommend for any elderly, disabled persons or veterans.....

I'm an injured 100% disabled veteran who is visiting Cave City in a motorhome. This place was recommended to me by the RV park we're staying in. I walked in with my service dog and my clothes and was rudely approached by the owner and told that my "dog was not allowed in the laundromat, service dog or not, because people might be afraid of it". I explained to him that the vest was real and showed him the credentials, but he did not care. I explained to him the ADA laws that he was breaking but his response was only "What are your disabilities? ... which is another violation of ADA law. I refuse to tell him and kindly turned around and walked out. In looking at other reviews of this place it looks like this guy has a history of not allowing disabled people to take carts out to their car, and just being rude in general. In my case, I've already started a lawsuit due to the embarrassment and the illegality of his actions. I don't recommend this place to anybody ... disabled or not; especially if you're a veteran.

I just went to vacuum my car at Wash World because it needed it desperately haven’t been impressed with the vacuums at this car wash they always seem to be dirty, and the suction leaves much to be desired. They’ve raised the price to $3.50, but I thought the good thing was you can use a credit card now. I was really disappointed when I paid the $3.50 and the section was still mediocre at best. If you wanna make the trip there’s a do it yourself car wash in Lexington with Vacuums for $1.25 and they really do a great deep cleaning.

This was convenient and I really wanted the interior cleaned, so I paid way more than I ever have for the interior and exterior cleaning: $55 for my midsize SUV. Given the high price, I expected a really good job. However there were still unvacuumed items on the floor and the windows were streaky. The staff person was extremely nice and addressed both issues. There were several other uncleaned areas inside. I did not want to bother the person again as he was very busy. But I was disappointed with the work done.

It's no longer Muzi Washworld and hasn't been for years. It's Triton Car Wash. Not an automotive shop. Never was.

Frustrating experience. Was in rush before business trip to vacuum car. Rolled in to find only under repair vacuum open with tiny sign I didn't see until waited for available machine. Finally got working machine and needs change. Two change machines out of quarters. Gal at register didn't have quarters. She went looking for manager while I waited. Still no quarters. Said takes bills. Ok but at 2.50 you get no change. Has option for 3.$ "super vacuum", actually the button does nothin and you get the same time and power as 2.50. Thing was vacuum was barely strong enough to pull sand never mind pet hairs in my black floor mats. The whole process. Took 30 minutes and I left unsatisfied.
