Extremely unprofessional. They called my wife's place of employment just because we were one day late on a payment. Not sure whose idea it was to do something so inappropriate. Do not recommend buying from. We also pay way more than the couch is worth.

Worst experience ever. I have gotten furniture from this store trust me when I am if I couldn't give them any stars it would be that. The furniture I received they said it was brand new WHICH WAS A LIE, This furniture came with BED BUG'S and I had to have the exterminator come out twice to spray down the furniture. Also I had to buy plastic wrap for this furniture, now mind you the furniture is fabric and me and my family are sitting on plastic wrap. There's been a lot of back and forth and lieing from thus company for about 2 months now and they still keep calling about a payment. I've spoken to people from corporate and they been lieing not to mention the manager at this store has called me basically saying things a manager shouldn't say to a customer. I've been calling the corporate office to where they take the complaints for almost 2 month's and it's been horrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because for 1 the BED BUG'S 2 the customer service is soooooo horrible 3 they lied stated they was going to come get the furniture and spray it down and go from there and that was the beginning of last month. All this company want is money they don't care how the customer feel, they don't care what the problem is. They will just keep calling and calling for a payment and it's sad when a customer has to deal with such disrespect and a situation like

Worst experience of my life. After using you for years when I had falling behind due to cancer diagnosis’ . I had a balance of 165. And I was yelled at talked over and told she couldn’t wait for payment on Saturday the latest was Friday. Really one day? I was being discharged on Saturday and didn’t have any credit card on me. So I stayed up until 1159 on Friday night used another persons card and paid it on time. Go to rent a center much nicer people. Worst experience of my life. Even called people I’ve had for references on past lease agreements. I haven’t talked to this person in eight years and she called to tell me Aaron’s called her. Very annoying. I have spent so much money on crappie furniture that falls apart I have learned my lesson. No one can talk to me in that way and get away with it. Mike handle your pit bull. Female rude obnoxious and is losing you money. It’s a shame. I have only dealt with her lately so she must be new.

I've rented with aarons in New bedford for a long time, the customer service is great and the sales associate Kyle is polite,very professional and helpful . I recommend her to anyone else that is looking to rent from there, the prices and the quality of their furniture is very satisfactory & if anyone in the area needs to lease or rent I always recommend them to aarons on kings highway !!!

One of my employees rented from Aaron’s and every day they are calling me looking for her. On numerous occasions I have shared the employees contact information on Saturday , 3/9/24 @ approximately 1:04 pm. I receive a call from Aaron’s the woman calling was laughing so hard when I picked up the phone I had to remove my phone from my ear. I said hello she finally asked for my employee and I said I have given you the number 4x to the employee. Please can you take me off the list. She slammed the phone down so hard. I called back 7 x and she picked up each time and hung up. I hope and pray that whomever is overseeing this office that you speak to that person. I will be more than happy to send you a screenshot of all of the calls I made on 3/9/24 at 1:06 pm. This representation of your company is disposable

Worst customer service ever. Got new furniture well it was suppose to be new and they sent used furniture all damaged. They offered to take two payments off which is unacceptable. They are charging people for NEW furniture and sending out used furniture.
You sign a contract and they should stick by that just like expect the customers to follow the contract. They will take the items back but wont refund me my money that I put down they told me that covers delivery but on the contract it says no charge for delivery or set up. They won’t resend new furniture they said they no longer do that. They are a complete rip off. I have asked to speak with a manager for over a week now and haven’t even received a phone call. They hang up on you or don’t answer the phone at all. Very rude and unprofessional.

Awesome staff. On regards of Katja Meyer complaining down there, she is one of the worst customers any company can have, she changed from one store to another, and sucked at both, they called her a lot because she just doesn't pay a lot!!!! It's common sense.

The delivery guys were absolutely awesome frank and Chino were professional and answered all my question the notice a dent ad put it in the report right away they were amazing!!!

These places just aren’t worth the aggravation or money. You pay double the price for an item and they will literally harass you if you are 1 minute late on a payment. Don’t want to answer the phone over being a day late? They’ll just send someone to your door to harass you in person. Save your money and patience and buy used or do anything but do “business” with this company.— So glad i’ll never have to hear Daniel leave me another voicemail again..

I just had to return something. Staff was great . Nice selection. You need a closer Arron's for people that live on Cape cod. Maybe Plymouth just a suggestion.
