Customer service was good from the girl but the gentleman who chimed in not so much . Rude . You represent Boost no matter where customers purchase the phone .

I had been going to advanced wireless for over 10 years. Rick WAS always great!
The staff is usually busy and in a rush, but understandable. Today was the worst customer service I've ever had, and I was the only one there. The 2 "gentleman" were extremity rude. All I wanted was a new android, simple right? They showed me two Samsung and another phone. When I asked the difference between the two, I was met with annoyance and was told I wouldn't understand. Even though there was about a 50$ price difference. They were so rude I jokingly asked if they were having a bad day. They told me yes and that I wasn't making it any better. No idea why I got treated like a POS. However, after that comment I just said I'm going to go to another boost, there's 5 others in like 5 miles. No one should be treated like that when I ended up spending 180$ at the other boost for a phone, a case, and screen protector. These guys need a class in manners and an a attitude adjustment. Rick you're better than the people you hire.

I called to complain my service wasnt satisfactory. The worker phil then used their phone line to find my number, and text and harass me. What company allows this?

I had been a customer for over 12 years with auto-pay and never missing a payment.I had a 4 line plan that was dropped to a 3 line plan upon the company being bought out. I was still charged the same price for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines previously.Customer support managers at that were unwilling to give any compensation or reactivate the 4th line.I then switched 2 lines to Verizon leaving one line still active on the account. And once again was being charged more for that one account then ANY plans offered by boost at the time of contact-current. And once again Customer support was unwilling to give any compensation due to being overcharged. Even after they accepted I was being overcharged their only resolution was to put me on a new plan at the current prices which was half of what I was being charged. With no compensation for being overcharged for the previous 6months.I finally just canceled my last active line and will never do buisness with or recommend ANYONE do buisness with boost mobile again!Which is a shame because I use to advocate for boost mobile and had multiple active lines under the previous ownership.BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

They have been our go to Boost store for years! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Kevin R. has assisted us with our needs and resolved any issues we have had. They also have the best deals on new and refurbished, second hand phones. Thank you! We highly recommend this store.
