After having a terrible experience at another boost location I decided to visit this one and I am sooooo happy I did ! She actually took her time to explain what the issue was and actually resolved it with lots of patience and phenomenal customer service ! Thank you for all your help !! 💪🏼

Very unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Couldn't help me with a new phone I bought from boost! They very curtly said we don't do that here.... Well what do they do??
