Out of all the pharmacies I've ever been to in this nation, this singular pharmacy is uniquely awful. Most of the problems w/this pharmacy isn't the employee's fault, but just that they are incredibly understaffed. However, it's incredibly frustrating when you can't get your prescription filled unless you call them and wait on the phone for +45mins to fill a prescription that they've had for days, then to go to the pharmacy when they tell you the prescription will be ready and then have to wait in a +30min line at the pharmacy only to be told that it'll be +2hrs until the prescription is ready, and to finally come back a second time to be told the prescription was yet again not ready. All things that I have done multiple times at this pharmacy. I could continue to write poetry about other awful experiences I've had at this pharmacy in the 3 months I was going to it, but alas. Head my experiences as a warning.

After the medication status was \"IN PROCESS\" for 7 days, I called the pharmacy twice and both times I was on hold for over 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I then called for the third time, while driving to the pharmacy and I was on hold for 51 minutes, while approaching the counter. My 86 yr. old mother had now been without her medication for 4 days. I then showed the cashier/tech my phone and told her that I was on hold for 51 Minutes and that I could see that there were 2 pharmacists and 4 techs and no one was on the phone. She had no response. I informed her that this is a lousy customer service. After using this pharmacy for over 20 years, I'm serious thinking about taking my business somewhere else. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

The CVS pharmacy is terrible. They never have enough staff, and the employees are always unhappy and impolite.

I’ve been with CVS for many years and I’ve had my share of discrepancies at another location of CVS. Since I’ve changed my location of CVS Pharmacy which is in my community. My medications are ready when I need them and the store isn’t extremely crowded.\\nWhen I had scheduled the appointment for a flu shot online, my pharmacist at my new location went beyond to help me out that morning with printing out a form I needed to sign. The CVS App was glitchy had not scheduled my app at 9a. Needless to say.. I’m happy where I am now..
