Today I had to fill a prescription for my dog at CVS. I chose the one closest to me which was 786 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford. I have never been to this location before but I will go back. A young woman named Jasmine waited on me. The customer service she provided was exemplary. Although I didn’t interact with anyone else I felt a positive vibe. I don’t usually post reviews but they deserve 5 stars!

By far the worst pharmacy in the area. After being on hold for over 30 minutes twice, I decided to call and drive to the store at the same time. I was on hold for 51 minutes when I walked into store. After approaching the counter, I showed the tech my phone and informed her that I had been on hold for 51 minutes and I could see that 2 pharmacists and 5 techs and no one was answering the phones. She had no answer for me. My 86 year old mother had her medication “in process” for 5 days before I went to the pharmacy. Time to try another pharmacy

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst service, rude, incompetent, and it doesn't seem like anybody really gives a shit. Nearly every time I come to pick up a prescription, I hear the pharmacy talking trash about the last customer. One time, I asked how to take a prescription that was prescribed to me. And the girl laughed in my face as if I was stupid and should have already knew. Or when I had to get a specific prescription for something that was already kind of embarrassing, It really seemed like she tried to let everybody in that building know with how loud and disgusted she was acting. Don't expect any of your personal prescriptions to be kept private, Because these people are laughing at you after you leave. Don't ever expect a prescription ready on time and don't rely on the text/call from the automated system. That place is run like they're in clicks in high school. In the year or so that I've had this pharmacy, Every single time going there has been an issue.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. I called in the morning and I was told my prescription would be ready at 10:30, so I headed there at that time. I was then told when I arrived it won’t be ready until 7:00pm! (And honestly, I have no doubt at 7pm I’ll be told it’s still not ready.) My prescription was sent over well in advance, so this is inexcusable. I’m going to switch to a different pharmacy. I feel bad for those who need to take medication daily and need it filled in a timely fashion. The staff truly doesn’t seem to care and makes you feel like it’s your fault for going “early” when you’re told it will be ready at a certain time. Not to mention, I was on the phone waiting for an answer from the pharmacy for 30 minutes before I gave up and hung up. Seriously do yourself a favor, and stay away from this location.

786 Ashley blvd. Is the Worst CVS EVER! They take 5 days to fill a prescription. Close the pharmacy 4 hours early because they are "short staffed". They make up the craziest stories about why a prescription is not ready. They do not answer their phones but tell you to call first before picking up to see if it is ready. They do not answer doctors either. My doctor asked me to walk to the pharmacist and give his cell number to him. It is so bad!

The people who work in the pharmacy are ok but their automated system is not. Expect to be pushed to use their app and get one of their vaccines while you are on hold until your hair turns grey. Finally hung up, luckily my life doesn't depend on getting anything from them.

Always a problem. Never not once can they just fill a script. You go to the Dr , they send a script. You get a text telling you, pick it up it's ready. You wait for some ungodly amount of time either inside or in the drive thru. Then surprise "we don't have that, we haven't had that in awhile". It's the same med I get for my kid every month, just in a different dosage. Unbelievable. I have lost so much time to CVS, just waiting around for nothing. It's literally every time, not just with the increased dosage. Or they say it's a day/3days to early to pick up. I wonder why, ummm maybe it's because that's how long it takes you fill a single script, meatball. Maybe I can only pick up on Sunday because that's my day off, and the other days I work 9-9.... So when you take several days to fill a script, you really mess things up. Then I have to wait till the following Sunday and hope you filled it by then. In the interim my kid can struggle to pay attention in school...Thanks CVS.

If Google allowed a 0 rating this CVS would get it... Literally the rudest slowest pharmacists. When you order your prescriptions a week in advance they don't fill it until you call and wait on hold for 30 mins or go and wait for it. Now I've got to transfer all of my prescriptions because I'm not dealing with their nonsense any longer.

Never have prescriptions ready. They are always behind on anything you need. They definitely need more help. And no one ever answers the phone. Go to another pharmacy.

Reduced to 1 star. 6 calls avg time on hold 20-30 mins with no answer. Meds are never ready, ever. You have to stop by and basically ask them to fill your scripts, and even then, hopefully, they'll be ready tomorrow. It's just bad.

I had the most dreadful experience at CVS! I sat on hold for a whopping 90 minutes, feeling like my time was being flushed down the drain. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally drove to the store, I had to endure 25 minutes of waiting in line, listening to the intercom repeatedly announce five pharmacy calls that went unanswered. When I finally got to speak with someone, they had the audacity to inform me that they hadn't filled a prescription I'd sent them a whole week ago. Incompetence at its finest! CVS, you've truly outdone yourself with this abysmal service.
