We've been with them for years. Always a pleasure to deal with. Friendly on the phone or in person. 2 day turn over with our laundry. They fold everything. Sometimes an item gets bleached out, but with repurchase and receipt, they'll reimburse you.

XXX. Elderly/Disabled people/service should be respected, Black & red goo stains, won't use odor free or my soap, always items missing, sed I threw my bag out the window.. said I complained too much!! I agree w Donna K & Doreen A. Sed I posted bad review, then terminated me.. I didn't post then,, but sure did now. XXX

Always pick up and deliver when they say they will be here. I've only lost one piece of clothing in two years but they gave financial compensation.

You guys are amazing! Your service is impeccable, your driver is very professional but alway smiling which can lift anyones spirit. I know that my laundry will always come back smelling fresh, always completely dry, and folded better than I could ever do! When I need to call I know I am being listened too. When I hang up I am either smiling or laughing. One time I forgot I left a 10 dollar bill in a pair of pants. I am elderly and on Social Security so I need every penny. I couldn’t believe when my laundry came back there was a 10 dollar bill in an envelope attached to my bag! I would refer anyone to you in a second. Thank you for making my life so much easier. A big thank you to everyone that works there!!!

Staying in town at the New Harbor Hotel & needed to do laundry...this place was great, picked up & dropped off clothes clean/folded. Recommend to anyone looking for fast, easy, affordable laundry service.
