I am a very regular customer here and have been ordering regularly for over 25 years. This place has been a blessing for our family since moving away from SE Massachusetts. This business was established around the same time that we left and has been a lifeline to a lot of favorite regional foods. Coffee Syrup, Hoo Mee Chow Mein, Gaspar's Sausage, (Chourico & linguica,) Drakes Cake's, stuffed quahogs, Portuguese favorites, and Amaral's Sweetbread just to name a few. The company was originally established with a focus on distribution of Emril's spices, but has long since grown to be a fantastic source for lots of other food and related products. Be advised that if you're ordering meats or other highly perishables, during hot months, overnight or 2 day shipping is mandatory with special packaging so you will pay much more. we live in Florida now but grew up in lakeville, MA we just received our order from famous foods. a few local treats we can't get here. the order came on time and was packaged so well i could hardly believe it.

Update: customer service finally called and said they will replace the chourico. They were very nice and I should receive in about a week. Will update again if I get package delivered with plenty of ice packs and without spoiled warm meat inside.

I can't give a five star because I haven't tested out the online shipment system, but I've taste tested and the oils and balsamics are delicious!

14.14 oz Royal lunch crackers are horrible. Bad taste, bad texture. I grew up with the original and they were really good.

Placed a large order and UPS did some damage and FF quickly replaced all items damaged no questions asked (it was all bubble wrapped perfectly, this was a shipper issue). Their customer service was outstanding. All the sweet breads were fresh and individually boxed and arrived perfect. Will definitely be using them again soon for our New England food fix.
