As a resident living on Eugenia street it's hard to fathom that this establishment has 2 large parking lots and cannot accommodate overnight parking for residents on the street. Not only that, the towing company that they use are scam artists and will charge upwards of $300 in 24 hrs just to get your car back. Not to mention damages sustained by a lack of care with your contract with Dartmouth towing.

Had a 10:30 appointment its 10:40 they walk by you like they can't see you and so I decided to walk up to the teller and let her know i had a 10:30 appointment. While there having a good time chatting and just to let you know there was 5 people working up front 1 vehicle outside and 1 person at the teller please you don't need 5 tellers and only helping 2 people. If you schedule an appointment and the person is there on time be responsible and take care of that person also don't walk by them like if they where invisible.

I offered to cosign a truck loan for my 29-year-old son, who had marginal credit (575 FICO). The dealership directed him to First Citizens Federal Credit Union in New Bedford, MA. The credit union then insisted I assume co-borrower status, and eventually lead borrower. This allowed them to replace a 575 FICO with an 822 FICO, but they only dropped the rate by about one-half of a per cent. Then, as any young guy with a 575 FICO is prone to do, he forgot to make a payment. The bank did not inform me until the 30th day past due, when they called us both. My son immediately paid, but they nevertheless reported a late payment to the credit bureaus for both of us even though we were not beyond 30 days late. No one from the credit union would make themselves available to explain or reconsider their position. They only accept visitors by appointment and limit staff availability to tellers and low-level CSRs. I called to complain about the premature reporting but was told the credit union was required to report us and no one could help me. So, here's their MO: offer credit to risky borrowers at high rates, force the low-risk cosigner to become borrower with a token rate reduction, then look for every opportunity to sabotage the credit of both original and inserted borrowers to create an even bigger market of low-FICO borrowers from which to draw future business. What a noble mission statement for a community lending institution! I've got scores of my own: one star for ethics (since there's no option for zero stars), one star for customer service, one star for product quality, one star for accountable management. This is an institution you should go to only when the local loan sharks have filled their portfolios.

I've use the ATM inside and saw people standing around inside. I had a couple of people waiting to use the ATM and they where out in the cold.

This is the absolute worst bank in the world. The rates are not competitive, there are hidden fees, the customer service is horrendous and they do not try to be honest or helpful about anything. Please if this is your last option for a loan just wait till your credit is better. They actually stole money from my checking and I've been trying to talk to a supervisor for days. Please avoid this credit union at all cost.

The worst bank I've ever been to the drive-thru sucks always they for at least a half hour for a simple deposit I've made over a dozen complaints to the district manager she said that the drive-thru wasn't her concern horrible management time to change banks

This bank is absolutely terrible. If you try to pay ahead on a car loan, they don't let you. Making you address it every month rather than every 3 months which would be more convenient. Then if there's an issue and you call in for customer service their argumentative, insulting, and smug. Which is particularly disheartening during the pandemic when a lot of people are having money issues. They say they try to make contact, but no voicemails are left. So if they are calling, they're not leaving messages. And who answers an unknown number nowadays anyway? Never again . I will never ever again do business or suggest business with this place.

We understand that people have bad days. We also get dealing in auto loans especially sub prime loans at times can be tiresome when it comes to customers. But this has to be the worst bank for customer service. Snippy, rude and arrogant. Lack of interest in helping customers and zero flexibility . Would not recommend.
