“Kaitlin is an amazing personal trainer in the New Bedford and Kingston / Plymouth / Duxbury area. She also does group classes like strength, reformer, Pilates, trampoline, booty strength, abs, boxing. She always has energizing music and makes working out fun. She also attracts an amazing group of women to her classes. I look forward to her classes every week!”

“This is the best gym, and greatest fitness experience I’ve ever had. Brad, and the other coaches are the best mentors. They are super knowledgeable and with their guidance you will reach your goals. This isn’t just my favorite gym- it’s my favorite place. Brad has created a community of cheerleader, who will boost you up, get you stronger, (while keeping you SAFE) no matter where you are in your health journey.

The gym is beautiful. It’s super clean. There’s nothing better than working out with great tunes in a beautiful facility (can’t beat the views from those windows)! There are early through late morning classes and evenings too!

One of the best things is that each workout that Brad designs can be tailored to a person’s individual ability. You Will SWEAT. It will be hard. But you will be able to do the workouts! You will NEVER be bored here, and as others have said it’s so nice to walk in- not think about what you’re going to do because it’s already programmed. Brad also programs multiple workouts daily (Erg, pinnacle, and hypertrophy).

It also feels worth mentioning that the owner is just a really good person. He hosts fundraisers for veterans, and when I had to take a brief break in membership he still cheers me in from afar! The people who work here are genuinely invested in the health of their members. And- as a bonus- this gym is one of the most competitively priced gyms in our area. There’s no limit to the amount of classes you take once you join. So going even just 3-4 days a week averages out to around $10 a class. That’s a great deal for a personalized workout from a fitness expert in an amazing environment!”
