The store was not the cleanest, but the associate was knowledgeable. There was only 1 person working in this location, and wait time can be king of multiple customers

I had no idea how to figure out an immediate need to download a photo from my phone without taking the ride to Staples... Store owner/Associate Kai (forgive my spelling) did everything needed in less than minutes... Outstanding customer and real service! Thank you ‼️

Mariah was Soooo Amazing !!!!My phone was stolen & she Helped setting up in every way including getting all my contacts, pictures Old Phone # etc. She also continues with any questions that I have.Great Customer service.......I can't say enough about her Professionalism.
