My fiance and I went and got pedicures yesterday. Such an amazing experience! Many places are lacking when it comes to pedicures now, but not here. This will absolutely but our go to spot from now on. I’ve been telling all of our fam and friends! From their kindness, efficiency, and massages 10/10

Ive been going to Platinum nails for years and I was so upset to hear Nam left. I tried to give the new service a chance and came out with burns on my cuticles and my Acrylic nails lifting within days. Not only were the people rude but also very obviously talking badly about me in another language when I complained I was being hurt by the drill. I will not be going back. I miss Nam :(

Made 3 appointments on line. Walked in and was told they can’t accommodate us. Will not be going back. I get you are busy but why let people make appointments online then deny them when they walk in.
