This place is a joke. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. They treat their customers so horribly. Close early and offer no assistance when your in need. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible store. I'm switching to another phone service. Goodbye TMobile

Scott. Juan. Best t-mobile experience I’ve ever had. They were knowledgeable, polite, well mannered and incredibly patient. We were met with disappointment initially. They made it their mission to get my kids the iPads they wanted. (All within reason). They made set up easy and fun. It was also the shortest most efficient visit to a phone store I’ve ever had. If you need understanding, patience and kindness these are your guys!

Absolute worst customer service ever experienced! The manager or assistant manager whomever he is, is on a straight powertrip and believes he can talk to people however he wants. Disrespectful to say the leastWouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

I went to TMobile located @905 Mt Pleasant St. New Bedford, MA. The initial visit required me to come back the next day after being told I would be getting a particular phone and cable. The next day, they pulled a bait and switch and the price quoted went up another 150$. I declined to move forward with them. Now I am being harassed with a bill going to collections when I already called to straightened this out. I am very upset with T Mobile, that's putting it mildly.

The associates at this store gave me the BEST customer service experience i’ve ever had with a phone store. They were able to save us a lot of money by getting us switched over to T-Mobile. They were super patient when explaining things and very polite. I also noticed that they all work very very well together as a team, everyone pitched in to help and it made for an amazing experience. Allyson is clearly a skilled and VERY valuable manager. Thank you all so much!

I was in need of a new BYOD plan and T-Mobile seemed to be offering what I was looking for. So, with moderate expectations, I walked into my local T-Mobile store in New Bedford. I was greeted by a customer rep Ian Falcone. I explained to Ian what I wanted, needed and expected. Ian was everything I could have wanted in a customer rep. His efforts blew me away. Ian was patient and professional. He made me feel valued and respected. He worked tirelessly at accommodating my every question and need. I walked out of the T-Mobile store with no surprises, knowing I got everything I wanted. T-Mobile gets a 5 star rating simply on the basis of a smart hire, in Ian Falcone. Ian was the epitome of what a customer would want in a "customer" rep.

I upgraded my daughters iPhone to the new 13 pro max. There was a lack of communication between me and the associate about a promotion. After figuring out the promotion wasnt added to the sale, the associate went above beyond to . help me add the promotion to my account. The team leader was also very helpful in making sure the issue was fixed and had no problem Compensating me for my time.
