I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had the worst experience here. The woman was rude and ignored me when I walked in. I called previously to make the appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes before sitting down (there is no waiting area with chairs). She was also very aggressive and just unfriendly the entire time. I ended up paying almost $60 for an acrylic fill just for them to end up chipping 2 days later. It was so unpleasant that I didn’t even return to try and get them fixed.

I've been several times for a pedicure and lived it! I request Tom because he is gentle and he always remembers me even though I only go in a few times a year. He also speaks English which is huge for me. He is one of the owners and really cares.

NEBR AGAIN!! Id i could give 0 Stars i would.The lady was sooo rude right from the beginning. I brought my daughter for pedicures for her birthday. The guy staryed hers and the lady started mine about 8 mins after her and finished 5 mins before...like i got no type of massage or lotion nothing...my feet look the same and the paint job is horrible and I told her how much i hated it and she refused to redo the paint job and said it was my fault and shed change it for 10$!!! like WHAAATTTT!!! SHE got no tip and im a great tipper. literally this eas 2 hour ago and my paint all chipped already and everything. If I wasn't with my daughter i wouldn't have paid for my service since it was terrible abd i was 100%unhappy wit it. and she was just so nasty and rude. she never even daid hello or how are you to me nothing. when she was done she just got up and left and went to another customer...it mwS just HORRIBLE the whole thing. I should've known it wasn't any good when I first walked and it was empty. But I figured I'd give them a chance. The guy was really nice but his skill was awful. I could tell when he first started it was going to be a disaster. Longest pedi I've ever had. When he started putting the nail polish I knew it wasn't going to be good. It looks kind of lumpy and can clearly see clear polish on the cuticle. I won't be back. I'll stick to my usual spot.
