“Had a 10 am appt. Due to unloading at 8 75 miles away and needing a washout before I arrived, I only got there at 1110 am. I was in a door by 1115, I was loaded by noon. I had doors closed, sealed, tandems slid, and paperwork in hand by 1215. 1 hr and 5 min total in and out. And the loader installed my 2 load locks. I just placed them in back of trailer. Easy access on and off of route 18 and I-195. I would definitely return. Dock personnel were cool. Treated me with respect. I reciprocated. Shipping clerk lady was friendly yet efficient. Nice job. I wish more places were like this.”
“Sarah (?) Was really nice. But they are strict about appointments. I arrived two hours early. And was not docked until just after my appointment. Then was not loaded for over an hour. Friendly people. Just don't come early. Lol”

“Professional gentleman picked me up on time, got me to my appointment about one hour before it began. Very courteous. I wish I could remember his name.My pickup time was delayed due to an accident, add in Boston rush hour traffic and the driver/agency couldn't be faulted. My driver's name was Cathy. She apologized for the delay. On the ride home we had a great conversation, which made the trip fly by.On the whole professional, punctual, courteous and a peerless experience as a passenger.”
